Network organization plays an important role through enterprise network synergy as well as its strong competitive advantage. Network organization operating efficiency and its competitive advantage mainly depend on relatively stable cooperative relations between the members of the network organization. The study found that the informal relationships between the network members have a stronger role in promoting the long-term and stable cooperation, thus contributing to improve operating efficiency of the network organization. However, studies have shown that the efficiency of cooperation between the members of the network organization is generally low, and the long-term tacit cooperation among members is particularly difficult. The reason is that the collaboration between our network members tends to attach importance to the constraints of the contract mechanism, while ignoring the usefulness of non-contractual control mechanisms. The paper is to explore the informal relationships between members of the network organization, and as a useful attempt for the non-contractual control mechanisms of network organizations. The paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research results and practical achievements and innovatively defines the connotation of informal relationships among the members of the network organization. Through the literature assumptions combing, the paper discusses the impact factors of informal relationships among the members of the network organization, which is constituted by three elements of emotional identity, relationships interaction and trust. The paper proposes the theory hypothesis by reasoning logical relationship between the research object. The paper obtained the sectional data through questionnaires, using SPSS20.0statistical software to analysis reliability and exploratory factor, and using structural equation software AMOS20.0to analysis confirmatory factor, validate the effectiveness path established in the conceptual model, and eventually explore the relationship of the influential factor of the informal relationship between the members as well as the path conduction degree of effectiveness. Through empirical research the following conclusions:(1) Trust among the members of the network organization has a direct promoting effect in informal relationships between members of the network organization.(2) Emotional identification among the members of the network organization has a weak positive effect in informal relationships among the members of the network organization, but trust plays a mediating effect between emotional identification and informal relationships among the members of the network organization.(3) Relationships interaction among the members of the network organization has a weak positive effect in informal relationships among the members of the network organization, but trust plays a mediating effect between relationships interaction and informal relationships among the members of the network organization.
