With the rapid development of society,the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the diversification of employee demand types,informal organizations in enterprises are developing rapidly,and their forms are also diversified.Informal organizations widely exist in enterprises,which means that informal organizations have become an indispensable part of enterprise organizations,and they are in Enterprises The role is becoming more and more important.Especially under the effect of Chinese traditional culture of relationship,its role becomes more prominent.But in our country,the informal organizations's role hasn't been paid much attention,especially in those small and medium-sized private enterprises.This study takes enterprise A that small and medium-sized private as the research object,it takes the stability of employees that managers are generally concerned about as the starting point,uses the social network analysis method,Through Ucinet and Gephi analysis tools,the data collected in employee interviews are presented graphically.Graphing the distribution structure of informal organizations in enterprise A,Analysis and verification of association impact based on actual employee turnover data.The charts presented are analyzed from different perspectives(structural hole,network centrality,Core edge structure,agglomerated subgroups,etc.),and then combined with the actual employee turnover situation and the actual turnover cases of the enterprise to analyze and verify,explore the relationship between the two.Through social network analysis method,the following conclusions are drawn:Employees with strong network centrality are more stable than those with weak network centrality;cohesive subgroups in the network have a great impact on the stability of employees,when one member of the subgroups leaves,it will cause other members of the group to leave one after another or in batches;The members with high structural holes in the network play a very important role in team stability,and their turnover will also cause great traction;the stability of members in the core edge structure is very high,but the stability of members in the edge position is very low.This study provides the relevant basis for the impact of informal organizations on the stability of employees in enterprises,It is beneficial for managers to pay more attention to the informal organizations in enterprises,and use positive and benign guidance,so that informal organizations can help formal organizations,and become another effective management way of enterprise management.
