Research On The Knowledge Innovation Mechanism Of Agricultural Virtual Industry Cluster

In2013, central working conference on rural proposed to accelerate the processof agricultural modernization, improve the efficiency of agricultural production, andagro-industrial clusters should be from quantitative to qualitative change, make theway to specialization and intensive. Today, with the rapid development of networkcommunication technology, the agro-industrial clusters has broken the time andspace constraints, and combined with the operating mechanism of virtual industrialclusters, forming a virtual agricultural industry cluster (AVIC).AVIC is a complex dynamic network organization, has a strong informationsharing function to achieve a rapid allocation of agricultural resources, it also canimprove the competitive edge of the cluster, thus improving the efficiency ofagriculture, accelerating the process of agricultural modernization. Knowledgeinnovation is one of the driving forces for the development of AVIC, and theappropriate knowledge innovation mechanism must be established, thus ensuring thecluster to maximize the use of knowledge resources and to create new knowledge.Therefore, the study of knowledge innovation mechanisms of AVIC in this article forimproving the competitive advantage and the industrialization of agriculture is ofgreat practical and theoretical significance.The paper combines the theory of agricultural industry cluster, virtual industrycluster and knowledge innovation, defines the meaning, characteristics andoperational framework of AVIC, and divides the process of AVIC knowledgeinnovation into knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration, knowledgetransformation; according to the SECI theory, the paper proposes four-helix structuremodel of knowledge innovation of AVIC, and designs the general framework ofknowledge innovation mechanism of AVIC; based on the web data miningtechnology, it analyzes the framework of knowledge acquisition of AVIC, keytechnologies, document pre-processing technologies and builds knowledgeacquisition mechanisms of AVIC; based on the concept of knowledge integration, it proposes knowledge integration of AVIC, analyzes their impact factors andknowledge integration processes, and builds knowledge integration mechanisms ofAVIC; based on the theoretical of knowledge fermentation, it defines the content andfeatures of knowledge transformation of AVIC, and builds the knowledgetransformation mechanism of AVIC; Finally, it analyzes the favorable conditions ofthe formation of Yanling flowers industrial clusters to be AVIC, realization ofknowledge innovation, and the protection strategies of knowledge innovationmechanism of AVIC.
