Research On The Cooperative And Competitive Mechanism Among Members Of High-Tech Virtual Industry Clusters

With the rapid development of network technology and the constantly advancing of the world economic globalization, the high-tech industry cluster whose main characteristic is geographic centralized form can not completely meet the needs of economic development, therefore, a new type of cluster which is called high-tech virtual industry cluster (HTVIC) is rising. The resource related high-tech all around the world is quickly and efficiently integrated and the high-tech enterprises can be provided much more cooperative and competitive space by HTVIC through breaking the geographic limitation. However, because of the characteristics of high-tech and virtualization, the cooperative and competitive activities of members are more complex. Therefore, according to the characteristics of cooperative and competitive activities, the HTVIC cooperative and competitive mechanism among members should be researched and designed necessarily, which has a very important theoretical meaning and practical significance to ensure the cooperative and competitive activities among members smoothly and to promote the HTVIC competitiveness.In this dissertation, by analyzing high-tech cluster, virtual industry cluster, cooperation and competition related theories and methods, the definition of HTVIC is defined, the characteristics of the cooperative and competitive activities among members are comprehensively analyzed, and the relationship between cooperation and competition is researched by combining value net theory and evolutionary game theory. On the basis of the above research, the general architecture of HTVIC cooperative and competitive mechanism among members is established.From the viewpoints of influencing factors of cooperative activities among the HTVIC members, the general architecture of HTVIC cooperative mechanism among members is designed, and mechanism contains the trust mechanism, resource sharing mechanism and coordination mechanism. Firstly, by analyzing the source and characteristics of HTVIC trust, the problem that cooperation has been influenced by trust is researched, and the trust security strategy is proposed. Secondly, on the basis of defining the definition of HTVIC shared resources and analyzing the source and influencing factors of shared resources, the HTVIC resource sharing strategies are put forward which are constructed by shared resources map, resource sharing proposal, the uploading and downloading of shared resources. Thirdly, the HTVIC coordination Holon model is set up by Holon modeling technology.By defining the definition of HTVIC competitive mechanism among members , the influencing factors of competitive activities among HTVIC members are comprehensively analyzed, then the HTVIC competitive mechanism among members is put forward which is constructed by monopoly controlling mechanism and vicious competition controlling mechanism. Firstly, by analyzing the HTVIC monopoly process, the monopoly influencing factors are researched. Then, based on monopoly controlling model combing CA theory, the HTVIC monopoly controlling strategies among members are proposed to analyze how monopoly has impact on competition. Secondly, by analyzing the reason and characteristics of HTVIC vicious competition among members, the HTVIC vicious competition controlling model among members is established based on Lotka-Volterra theory, furthermore, the HTVIC vicious competition controlling strategies among members are proposed.Based on SECI theory, the influencing model that HTVIC cooperation and competition have impacted on technological innovation is established to analyze the cooperative and competitive technological innovation effects. By Lotka-Volterra theory, the influencing model that HTVIC cooperation and competition have impacted on cluster brand evaluation is set up to analyze cooperative and competitive cluster brand effects.In order to make the above HTVIC cooperative and competitive mechanism among members play a better role, from the needs of cooperative and competitive activities among HTVIC members, the HTVIC cooperative and competitive information system is developed by ASP language and MSSQL SERVER.Based on the above research, taken automobile electronic virtual industry cluster as research object, its member's cooperative activities of trust mechanism, resource sharing mechanism and coordination mechanism are analyzed. And the monopoly controlling mechanism and vicious competition controlling mechanism of automobile electronic virtual industry cluster are tested by example verification. Then technological innovation and cluster brand effects resulted by cooperation and competition are analyzed, the correctness and rationality of HTVIC cooperative and competitive mechanism is tested.The research and design on contents, effects and computer information support system of HTVIC cooperative and competitive mechanism as well as empirical study on automobile electronic virtual industry cluster has a certain guiding significance on assisting government and management department making industry cluster and accelerating the development of HTVIC.
