Development Of Rural Cooperative Economic Organizations At Wangcheng District, Changsha City

Rural cooperative economic organization is the various cooperatives and organization which are organized by the peasant and directly provide services for agriculture in rural areas in agricultural cooperation economic movement. And it plays an important role in the agricultural economy of our country mean while, it is one of the important content of new rural construction. This paper first introduces the existing problems of agricultural development in the new rural construction in our country and the vital function of rural cooperative economic organization in the new rural construction and the agricultural economy of our country, analyze and summarize the domestic and international research status and results, define the purpose and significance of the selected topic and determine the study ideas and method. Secondly this paper reviews the origin and development of the rural cooperative economic organization, summarize the correlative concepts and characteristics of the rural cooperative economic organization, make clear the definition of the rural cooperative economic organization, analysis the advantage of rural cooperative economic organization, preliminarily describes the functions and principles of the rural cooperative economic organization; And then based on the basic theory of economic cooperation, starting from the development status and questions of agriculture in the new rural construction, this paper partly make practical analysis the development status, problems of rural cooperative economic organization of Wangcheng District in Changsha City. Finally, referring to the domestic and international practical experience of the rural cooperative, combining with the existing problems in the development of rural cooperative economic organization of Wangcheng District in Changsha City, this paper provide some policy references to guide further development strategy of rural cooperative economic organization of Wangcheng District in Changsha City, in order to make certain guiding significance for practice, at the same time, it is expected to be a reference for the development of rural cooperative economy in other areas.
