Research On The Promotion Paths Of Farmer Cooperative Economic Organization In Xuzhou

Farmer cooperative economy organization is one of the effective ways to promote agricultural economy rapid development and improve the agricultural modernization.Because individual farmer always encountered some problems of the higher transaction cost and the lower selling price in the production and business operation.Farmer cooperative economy organization scattered these farmers together,where they can sharing production materials with each other,and help farmers to get more market information about the products,and even more which can help the reduce the transaction costs of products.This study introduces the development stage and development status of farmer cooperative economy organization in Xuzhou.And it also analyzed some typical example led by farmer,village,enterprise,government to understand the development of farmer cooperation economic organization in Xuzhou.Farmer cooperative economy organization of Xuzhou has experienced germination,start,rapid development three stages,and there have been great progress in such aspects as participation,business distribution,capital scale and tissue types.But the development of the farmer cooperative economy organization in Xuzhou also has some problems,this study analyze the factors which restrict the development of the farmer cooperative economy organization using survey data from analysis,mainly from the farmers to participate,cooperative economic organization carried out the external and internal factors three aspects.The study found that the main factors which restrict the development of the farmer cooperative economy organization includes the following aspects: the development of the rural labor force structure and cooperation in agricultural imbalance,farmers lack of cooperation consciousness,and farmers' cooperative economic organization is a lack of confidence;Organization for economic cooperation promotion demonstration degree is insufficient,the imperfection of the internal operation mode and its economic benefits and farmers' expectations are not consistent;the not clear supporting policy cooperation economic organization for the amount of capital is difficult to meet the operation and management,farmers' management technology needs to be improved.Through analyzing the factors which restrict the development of the farmer cooperative economy organization using survey data from analysis,also through the deep understanding of the cooperative economy organization development mode in Germany,the United States and Japan and other developed countries,and it is concluded that can draw lessons from the development experience,including that believe the management of the cooperative principle;Clear property rights and governance structure;Family business as the foundation;Innovation operation system;The government's policy support.This study put forward the promote path to promote the development of farmer cooperative economy organization in Xuzhou,mainly including: clarity of government policy and increase financial support;Strengthen the government's propaganda of farmer cooperative economic organization;To strengthen the farmer cooperative economy organization pilot demonstration effect;Improve the farmer cooperative economy organization's internal operation mechanism;Enhancing the technical levels of farmer cooperative economy organization members.
