Farmers’ Professional Cooperative Economic Organization Development Research

In recent years, the farmer specialized cooperation organization has been booming in the rural area of the whole China. By combining the scattered farmers in the form of economic organization and providing various services such as market information, technical guidance, materials supply and products sales, etc. to its members, the farmer specialized cooperation organization has overcome the disadvantages of decentralization of agriculture and formed the scale economies effect in a degree. Therefore, it has protected the practical interests of farmers and made an insignificant contribution to the construction of "Three Rural Issues"(Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer) of our country. However, at present the theorists still do not have an in-depth research on these organizations as the appearance of them is not very long up to now. The lagged theoretical studies has directly affected and restricted the sound development of the specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers of our country. Due to the above reasons, we think it is very necessary for us to make a research on the issues existed in the development of the specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers. The theoretical studies in the specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers will have great influence on its development, improve the people’s awareness of the theory of the specialized cooperative economic organizations and perfect the theoretical system of the specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers.In the course of writing the thesis, we have adopted the research method by combining the normative research and empirical study together and expanded the thesis according to the logic sequence from theoretical analysis to empirical test. As for the main contents of the thesis, first, it makes a successive summary and elaboration on the relevant research such as the conception of the specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers and the ideological foundation of the farmer specialized cooperation organizations, etc. and it also makes an analysis on the system of the specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers. Then it makes an empirical study on the development situation of the specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers in the course of its practice based on the investigation and make a conclusion on the misunderstanding existed in the development of the specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers. Finally, based on the empirical study, the thesis has put forward some proposals on the development of the specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers from the views of rebuilding the development thought, organization members and structure, internal management and supervision and fund-raising, etc. of China’s cooperative economic organizations.
