Study On The Agricultural Specialized Cooperative Economic Organization In Laiwu City

Agricultural cooperation economic organization is the product of commodity market economy. The thought of cooperative economy initially originate from western Europe and gradually develope all around the world.Although the agricultural cooperation economic organizations in France, America and Holland have different times background and development characteristics, they all show the common characteristics in developed countries.The first is to insist on specific value concepts and organization management principles in the cooperatives.And the developments and operations are standardized. The second is to establish clear property rights system and a sound operational mechanism, which enterprise the organization and management. The third is to make the adjustment, reform and innovation with the changes of the environment. Since the mid-80s in the 20th century, the agricultural cooperative organizations all over the country have developed rapidly, which plays a major role in improving the degree of farmer organizations, promoting the agricultural development, increasing farmers income and developing rural economy.China's rural specialized cooperative economic organizations are widely distributed in the planting and breeding industry which are of the high degree of marketization and specialization viewed from the industry distribution.But they are few in the grain, cotton, oil plants and other areas of agricultural products.Although great progress has been made, agricultural specialized cooperatives in China are still in the early stages of development. At present, the ability for China farmer professional cooperatives to drive farmers is still relatively weak, the scale of operation is not big enough, and the capacity for sustainable development is not strong enough. We still need to learn the experiences from developed countries, need the government to support it further nore and need to accelerate the pace of development.The agriculture specialized cooperative economic organizations in Laiwu City start relatively late and the development are also uneven.But they have showed preliminary results.The number of agriculture specialized cooperative economic organizations in Laiwu City increases rapidly which shows good development trend since 2008.There are 77 agriculture cooperative economic organizations all the city which includes 7673 households.The number of the order sheets between the farmers and enterprises is 1645.Viewed from present realistic development, agricultural professional co-operation organizations exist a lot of questions such as rush action, small organizing scale in Laiwu City and there are some distance compared to advanced provinces and municipalities.Therefore, the study of Laiwu agricultural specialized cooperative economic organizations is of more important meanings for solving the "Three Rural Issues",speeding up the industrialization process of agriculture, developing high quality, high-yield, high-efficiency agriculture, realizing agricultural efficiency and rural incomes, and buliding a new socialist countryside.In this paper, the meaning and theory of rural professional economic organization including the development and existing problems are analysed deeply. Then on this basis, the agricultural conditions, the market economy and social conditions in Laiwu City are introduced.The development process, major problems, existing reasons and countermeasures of the professional cooperative organizations in Laiwu City are analysed.
