In the global economy integration and technology change trend, the enterprise’s management environment is becoming more and more complex, the pace of technology change is accelerating, so how to integrate the resources of enterprises to deal with the environment to come true the enterprise innovation performance is particularly important. In view of this, Teece (1994) put forward the concept of "dynamic capabilities". Original academic research on dynamic capability of the focus mainly on a number of large enterprises, but with the continuous economic openness, and information technology and automation technology development, small and medium-sized enterprises which the role to technological innovation more and more obvious, has become a new growth point of economic growth. Therefore, academic circles began to re-examine the dynamic capability of small and medium-sized enterprises, which will be a trend for future research.Researchers recognized the necessity of improving the innovation performance of SMEs, but about the question:what extent the dynamic ability can improve the innovation performance of SMEs, different scholars has different opinions. Under different conditions, what the different implementation effect of the different dynamic capability for innovation performance of SMEs? The study found that SMEs’open degree, wide level and degree of cooperation between the contact with outside enterprises, will directly influence its innovation performance. So we will regard degree of openness as a important moderate variables influenced innovation performance, high degree of openness of SMEs have more obvious innovation performance when dynamic capability act on. This study provides important reference for solving the problem of SMEs in the innovation practice. In view of this, this study based on the literature, to conclude the mechanism of induction variables, put forward the theoretical model to openness as moderator effects of dynamic capability and innovation performance of SMEs. Finally, on basis of proposing the hypothesis and theoretical analysis to collect the data by using questionnaire survey, this paper carries on the factor analysis and regression analysis by using SPSS17.0statistical analysis software, and research hypothesis and theoretical model and verified. Finally draws the following conclusion:(1) verified the significant positive effect of dynamic capabilities on innovation performance of small and medium enterprises by using empirical method, which not only make up for the lack of empirical study, but also means that if can give full play to the role of dynamic capabilities, it will provide a strong impetus for innovation performance of SMEs.(2) analysed of the different degree of openness in the relationship between dynamic capability and innovation performance of SME role. This means that, different open degree to dynamic capabilities will have different effects on the innovation performance of SMEs, which has important significance for understanding the degree between the enterprises and the selection of external partners.
