This article aims to study on the relationship of enterprise strategic selection and innovation gains, profiting from innovation is the main line of this research. We use the descriptive nesting single case study method, making case samples as transnational alliances at different stages in the process of internationalization to Huawei, and intercept the states of the exploration and development of two classic cases for analysis unit. Finally, we have studied the strategic choice of Chinese3C enterprises in multinational strategic allianc, in particular the way how to strategic and why the union has the the advantage. The Research findings show that:during the time of exploring, Huawei mainly use the functional agreement to improve management system. Then, during the time of developing, Huawei mainly use the joint ventures to espand the foreign market. At last, Huawei choice a way to step bakeward during the time of breaking, they want to responsie the barriers of tride from Europe and the United States. Throughout the international competitive environment, we requires a gap between international performance and innovation goals which achieved by businesses own resources and capabilities. The exists of this strategic gap, in varying degrees, limiting the self development road which rely on superior resources, and there has something like Huawei’s own technology, advantages of human resources and the capacity to put complementary resources. This all determine the way to multinational strategic allianc by Huawei, to achieve the ultimate complement and promote of technical capacity, the internationalization strategy of international growth objectives.3C markets of China has already saturated,3C products also had a high penetration rate, so, as the3C enterprises in china, developing international market is a thing must to do. We all know it is ture that our3C enterprise always fail when use the way of acquisition. So the path of internationalization of Chinese3C enterprise comes more and more important, we want to study Huawei’s mode by transnational alliances strategic of internationalization to learn the lesson and identify the problems, Which can help other3C enterprise to make a new path to internationalization, also hoping to help other high-tech enterprises, to provide a new idea when they implement the internationalization strategies.
