In recent years, with the development of market economy and reform, income distribution is given more and more attention. Wage is an important indicator of degree of market process, it can make a profound impact on macroeconomic and micro body. But, the mechanism of wage determination has some imperfections and produces a series of questions in China, such as, confused income distribution order, apparent income gap and low degree of market wages, and so on. The study of factors of wage influence could grasp the nature of wage further, deepen wage determination theory and improve the wage determination mechanism. It also can provide theory support for "Wage Ordinance" and "Wage Growth Mechanism" in wage system reform process and micro-institutional basis for income distribution system reform. In view of this, taking the construction for example, the paper hopes to study the factors of wage influence complexly, and put forward relevant countermeasures in the end.Firstly, the paper cards the classical theory of wage determination, then reviews the relevant domestic and international research on the wage determination, this part lays a theoretical foundation for the paper. Secondly, taking the construction for example in the empirical part, the paper selects panel data from2002-2011, uses empirical and comparative research approach, and establishes panel data model in order to research the factors of wage influence in China’s provinces(autonomous region and municipalities). When analyzing the overall sample, the research finds current wage is influenced by previous period wage, it illustrates wage is sticky. Besides, labor productivity and human capital have positive effect on wage significantly. When introduced dummy variables, the research finds the wage growth rates of central and western regions are slower than the estern region, and the western region is slowest among three regions, about0.18%. When researching the three sub-samples, current wage is influenced by previous period wage among three regions, it shows the wage is also sticky in different regions. In addition, because of different development condition and economic policy, each factor has different impact on wage among three regions. At the same time, it also illustrates the wage influence factors of three regions are quite different. Finally, based on empirical research findings, the paper puts forward suggestions:(1) establishing perfect labor market;(2) improving the industry human capital;(3) reforming the enterprise of distribution system;(4) improving industry labor productivity.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1) When selecting the factors of wage determination, based on classical wage determination theories and previous studies, the paper complexly selects market characteristics, firm characteristics and human capital characteristics from macro, meso and micro perspective.(2) The paper introduces region as an adjustment variable in order to research wage influence factors of different regions and explore the contribution rate of different factors on wage in different regions.(3) In the data selection, the paper selects panel data of regions which is more convincing. However, due to various constraints, the paper still has some inadequacies, such as,(1)This paper studies wage influence factors of construction enterprises, when selects the dates of explanatory variables, because of absence the date of unemployment rate and CPI about construction industry in various regions, the paper uses the date of the urban unemployment rate and CPI in various regions.So, the result may affect the validity of research.(2) Since the data of2012is not published, the paper can’t get the new data. And because of time span is not long enough, the conclusion can’t reflect the change of wage influence factors at different times. Taking all aspects of research, the future research could be done from following aspects:(1) The paper main selects economic factors, the future research could select institutional factors.(2) The datas of paper are secondary datas which are from a single source and not ideal, so the future research can use questionnaire and interview to get primary data to make the conclusion more accuracy and validity.
