Under the circumstance of knowledge-based economy, advanced technology knowledge and information are more and more important for the enterprise around the word. What’s more, lots of companies are focusing on employee’s knowledge and their creative capability. Because employees’knowledge and knowledge creation capability are the basis of enterprise knowledge creation. Then employees’ knowledge creation is in some degree the determination of corporation’s innovation and development. On the other hand, the achievement of employee’s knowledge creation need depend on the plant forms and channels provided by its company. Social networks are the important channels for the knowledge delivery、 transformation and sharing among employees in a company. The density and intensity of contacts among the nodes in a network have an important influence on the individual knowledge and information creation. Moreover, informaion collection、knowledge exchange and experiences accumulation are the significant factors for individual knowledge creation. So if you are in a central network position or you have a strong intensity communication with others, you will do better on the knowledge creation. And in addition, from the subjective aspect, the confidence and motivation of knowledge creation are also very important for an individual.This study are mainly focusing on knowledge-based employees. We drive to discuss and verify the influence between social network、creative self-efficacy as well as employee knowledge creation.We supposed that high network centrality and strong creative self-efficacy will influence individual knowledge creation in an positive way. Furthermore, we argued that whether personnel creative self-efficacy could be an mediation between the two factors mentioned above which is the centrality of social network and the creative capability of knowledge.Finally,the explanations in accordance with the empirical study results have been given to reveal the darkness of the process of individual knowledge. Practically, this study are determined to give reasonable suggestion and recommendation to the manager of enterprise for employees’s knowledge management and motivation mechanism.After data collectin,selection and process,this study make the empirical analysis by Spss and applys the methods of factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis and other statistical methods, and proves that network centrality and creative self-efficacy have different effects on employee knowledge creation and its four dimensions including employee knowledge socialization, knowledge externalization, knowledge combination and knowledge internalization. The study prove that employee network centrality have a positive impact on employee knowledge creation and its four dimensions, self-efficacy partly plays a intermediary role between network centrality and employee knowledge creation.In terms of the summary and analysis of this study’s finding, enterprise managers who committed to improve employees’knowledge creation capability should be based on two factors:firstly, from the perspective of social network, enterprises should creat diverse and multi-leveled communication channels for employees to make trans-regional, trans-departmental,rans-area interaction and cooperation.
