After entering the knowledge economy age, creating new knowledge is of vital importance to any organization all over the world. Naturally, how to creat new knowledge becomes a key point. With the constantly deepening of economic globalization, more and more organizations do knowledge creation works by teams, and have achieved notable attainments. Viewed from sociology, creative thinking frequently comes from human communications, and the relational networks of human communications are regarded as a main channel of the transfer of resources. It's worthy for us to study research cooperation teams, because their performances promote the social development, Then, how do research members'informal cooperation networks impact its knowledge creation performance, and how can we explain these in networks perspective?Based on these problems, this paper discuss in perspective of network relationships and structures, and choose relationship stability as network relationships'index, and also density, group centrality and structural holes as relationship structures'indexes. This paper selected 111 scholars'research cooperation networks in human resource management field of 8 universities in American, and collected their data of 591 papers published in a 5-year period. Then, we modeled cooperative networks based on their co-authorships among 862 authors. After empirical study, the results indicated the four research indexes and the interact effects all have significant effects on knowledge creation performance: Relationship stability has an inverted U impact on knowledge creation performance; Networks density has negative relationships with knowledge creation performance; Group centrality and the number of structural holes had positive impact on knowledge creation performance; In addition, the interactions between relationship stability and density, group centrality, structural holes also impact knowledge creation performance, that is, the cooperation networks with higher relationship stability, when they have lower density, higher group centrality or more structural holes, there will be more knowledge creation performance.
