In suchhistorical conditions， the private economy has been rapid development， andachieved certain results， but economically developed regions， there are still somegaps， accelerate the development of still facing some difficulties and problems.Therefore， we must further emancipate the mind， Jilin Province， deepen reform，eliminating the effects of private economic development， institutional barriers， andpromote sustained and rapid development of private economy.In recent years， private economy in jilin province has got rapid development，Expanding economy， structure optimization， constantly improve the quality， theposition and role of the private economy in the province’s economic development ismore and more prominent. Private economy has become the jilin province to achievethe leap development of the economic growth point， become the main channel ofemployment of urban and rural residents. Although the private economy of jilinprovince’s economic and social development has made important contributions， Butis still very backward compared with developed provinces and regions， with oldideas， small enterprise total scale， enterprise overall strength is not strong and so ona series of problems. These problems seriously affected and restricted the privateeconomy in promoting economic growth， expanding employment and so on.Therefore， in this paper， based on the theory of economics， the development ofprivate economy in jilin province has carried on the comprehensive and systematicstudy， from the role of private economy to economic and social development，in-depth analysis and study of private economy in jilin province and the existingproblems and countermeasures research.
