With the prosperously developed of economics,people of residents per capitadisposable income of substantial has been rapidly grown ever since the twenty-firstcentury. In the meantime,diversified demand has been shown while cars emergedthough out the countries. As a result,the research about our family car market forecastdemand would seem essential. In order to meet the diverse needs of consumers,theautomotive industry is also constantly developing more fit the actual marketing plan,but the international market continues to introduce many of the excellent performanceof the models,crowding out some of the domestic car market home. So research onthe domestic car market forecast will also become very complicated.This paper compares the development of the domestic car market at home andabroad,with a focus to South Korea’s Hyundai Motor Company,for example,to studythe development trend of China’s car market and problems. On the basis of ourpredecessors,through the lateral and longitudinal studies to predict the developmenttrend of China’s domestic car market. In the cross-sectional study,this paper throughthe31provinces and municipalities,towns hundred families of car ownership and itsinfluencing factors of elastic cross-section data analysis to determine the mainfactors affecting the demand of China’s domestic car market and the impact of factorschange in trend. In a longitudinal study,the paper constructs diverse Logisitic modelyears2003-2013through the experience of the31provinces in the time series dataanalysis,trend changes are predicted in the next five years China’s various provincesin the family car market demands. Come to our family car demand is still very strong,is in a period of rapid growth conclusions. Finally,from a focus on supporting publictransport,rail transport priority development,actively promote green travel three angles make policy recommendations to ensure the rational use of the stabledevelopment of the domestic car industry and road resources.
