The competition in global market is becoming more and more severe because of the world economic integration and the ever-changing marketplace. The traditional management thinking can not match new competitive situation. The development even more meaningful. Lean Production (LP) is an advanced production method created by Japanese Toyota Company in 1960s.Tt is called another revolutionary production method after the production method of Taylor scientific management way and it is the further result of Industry Engineering. The idea of Lean Production and Lean Think is new mode of the Industry Engineering's idea in different cultures, enterprises and environments .After 50 years of development of LP, many scholars and enterprises'managers apply the new theory and methods to LP, which make LP better and better. Firstly, this paper deeply researches LP system. Secondly, it studies the base of LP-improvement and continuance improvement's theory and methods, and research on some questions of the LP's stanchion-Just-in-time and Jidoka's theory and methods, which are logistics system, balance line, single minute exchanges of die, standardized work, visual management, Kanban system and so on. Thirdly, the new China LP implement methods is created by combining LP and IE with Chinese enterprise's feature and environment. Finally, the paper specifically illustrates the methods above with an example of implementing LP, improving the enterprise's benefit, reducing cost, and proving feasibility of methods.
