Design And Implement For Integrated Management System Of Jilin Unicom Data Center

The existed Jilin Unicom systems emphasize on communication industrybusiness model, but it is not suitable for IDC business, because it cannotachieve operational synergies. IDC in the province is not unified, and it isnot easy to process operational management. As the existing system is notpractical, in fact, Jilin Unicom’s data center business is still in the stageof manual management. As a result, it is necessary to build a comprehensivedata center operations management system to improve efficiency, enhanceinformation accuracy, and increase product accounting rules to meet the needsof different customers, which finally improve the overall management of IDCand other aspects.China Unicom approved the construction of Jilin Unicom’s data centerbusiness integrated management system in2013. This paper designs a detailedproposal and unified province’s business processes and operations to achieveuser information, contact information, dealer information, resources andeffective management of information assets, and uses work order management,billing management, traffic comprehensive management and commissionmanagement system from the user account to process efficient trafficaccounting approaches to manage the entire process. Currently, the ideas andresources, operations, reporting, monitoring and other aspects of thedetailed design of this paper has been developed by software developers toform a specific product, which further enters the calculating process bycomputing processing power to calculate storage space, network traffic, andultimately contribute to the implementation of the system to provide ascientific basis and clear guidance. In order to implement more advancedsystems, the developers currently use cloud computing resources to build theenvironment, which exhibits low cost, fast construction, extended flexible,and fault-tolerant features. Here, there is no single point of failure. Ifa physical server fails, the system will be automatically migrated to otherphysical servers. The entire system utilizes sound, multi-level, unifiedsecurity mechanism to ensure system and data security. The use of standardizedmanagement concept, in line with the development trend of informationtechnology industry can adapt to the future development for a long time.Currently, the system is in the trial stage. When the system is running widely,the province will continue to improve IDC related business rules, and manifestthe whole functions and authority. This paper proposes to establish inspectionand evaluation mechanism for the units to offense the ones which did not meetstrict examination system, and is finally included in the KPI score. Inaddition, the audit work is also regarded as one of the most reliable long-term operation tasks in order to ensure the system stable.Full-text froThe paper proposes to set up integrated management system basedon the current raised problems, which starts the process through StrategicSWOT analysis and cooperating data centers of Jilin Unicom, and develops ademand-oriented planning approach based on a detailed analysis of demand, aswell as combines with " process-centric, resource-based, management andcontrol for the purpose of auditing" architecture design and enters recyclingprocess according to business needs and business processes. In addition, thispaper discusses the planning, construction, and utilization of IDC integratedmanagement system of Jilin Unicom data center from several aspects such assystem planning, system analysis, system design, system implementation,system operation and maintenance. Consequently, this paper does not only exertsignificant effects on the design and construction of the integratedmanagement system of Jilin Unicom data center, but also provide morebeneficial information for other provinces’ Unicom, telecommunications orthird party data center operators to design and implement the managementsystems.
