Research On The Optimization Of Product Investment Controlling System In The FAW-volkswagen

This thesis studies on the optimization of product investment controlling system in theFAW-Volkswagen. First, in the introduction of the background and significance of the topicfrom the perspective elaborated the importance of investment controlling systemoptimization in FAW-VW. From the relationship between investment and long-termdevelopment goals, the longer the investment period, the amount of investment is relativelylarge. It has a very important relationship with a long-term strategy for the development ofenterprises, which is an important way to achieve long-term development goals.Before the depth study of the FAW-Volkswagen product investing controlling system,the domestic and foreign investment control theory were first analyzed and summarized. Inwestern countries, the dominant investment control has three main basic theory:information-oriented control, to plan for the control-oriented, rule-oriented control. For threedifferent theories expounded in detail in the text. Besides, the responsibilities of theGerman Association of Investment controllers and the meaning of controllers are deeply ofresearch. One of the shareholders of FAW-Volkswagen-the German Volkswagen Group’sinvestment control theory was also in-depth analysis and research. Then the status ofdomestic theoretical research was also researched and analyzedIn the research process of FAW-Volkswagen current investment control system theFAW-Volkswagen product definition and scope of investment was analyzed. The analysisto distinguish between its investment and expenses, classification and the analysis of thecontent and features of the investment product investment behavior were advanced. Then,from the field of organizational decision-making and implementation aspects it was studiedwith organizational analysis of the structure and functions of investment control features. Inthe field of organizational decision-making, was detailed studied on the different levels ofcontrol-related investments under the control and responsibility. In the field ofimplementation of the organizational structure the investment control functions from thecontrol unit of investment Controlling as well as investment demand control departmentswere researched and analyzed. For investment control tool, from an economic measure,mark, and database investments and investments reporting were in-depth analysis of these three aspects, and elaborated their own characteristics and methods. Subsequently, thetasks of investment control process combines the products birth process with the analysisof each milestone node task. And from the three key stages of product investment, namelyinvestment product planning phase, execution phase and implementation phase. Differentphases of the control requirements and content were showed with detailed analysis andresearch. FAW-Volkswagen is FAW Group and Volkswagen Group’s joint venturecompany, while the product is dependent on the introduction of the Volkswagen Groupproducts, so in the thesis a strong shareholder, the German Volkswagen Group in thedecision-making process of the affect on the investment controlling in FAW-VW, and adetailed study under its influence FAW-Volkswagen product investment controladvantages and limitations arising were done.Combined with FAW-Volkswagen current investment control system, it was analyzedand summarized the four existing problems: First, the concept of weak investment control;Second, the organizational structure and responsibilities of imperfect; Third, lack ofinvestment management and control of refinement; Fourth, the lack of risk control andproject summary. And the research was detailed in-depth exposition and analysis for eachquestion separately.Finally, for the current FAW-Volkswagen insufficiency of product investment controlfrom four aspects are given optimization proposal of the investment control. That arespread the control culture and enhance the cost-conscious, improve the organizationalstructure and responsibilities, strengthen management and control investment refinementand the whole process of project tracking and project summary.In this paper, with the actual practice, the current status of the development ofenterprises, and the FAW-Volkswagen’s investment in building and improving controlsystems, was analyzed the existing problems and studied the improvements. Hope thatresults of this study can provide improved control system for enterprises to invest someideas and advices for enterprises to optimize investment, improve market competitivenessand achieve sustainable development with practical significance.
