Study On Investment Control Of The Development Enterprises In Shengli Oil-field

Investment projects of the development enterprises in Shengli oil-field havemany characteristics, such as tremendous investment cost, long payback periodof investment, bad risk. As large-scale state-owned enterprises, the developmententerprises are affected by various factors, so they face some problems ininvestment control, for example, the limitation of management system, extensivemanagement, the disorder of procedures. Therefore, in order to improve theoverall economic effect of development investment, it is very necessary to studyon development investment control. By the demonstration of Xian-he oilproduction plant, the paper first summarized basic situation of the developmentinvestment control of the development enterprises, then analyzed the majorproblems and the reasons according to the basic procedure of developmentinvestment control, and brought forward the specific measures to improve thelevel of development investment control. The development enterprises shouldbecome the investor of second investment of remainder capital of the previousinvestment, improve economic evaluation index system, regulate the process ofinvestment management, attach importance to process control, strengthen thework of reevaluating.
