With the development of computer technology, collection information aboutcompetitors and job seekers on the network has become one of the most importantways for enterprises to obtain information resources. The Internet recruitment that thepaper introduced belongs to the enterprise recruitment strategy. To solve the commonproblems in the process of information acquisition this paper presents webinformation acquisition model for enterprise competitor and job seekers based oncompetitive intelligence perspective. The model as the first step which in theimplementation of enterprise internet recruitment strategy. The model uses the webmining technology and mainly collects the information of competitors and job seekersfrom the enterprise website, recruitment website, forum, real-name social networkingsite. To obtain the needed information resources, the model uses the cluster analysis,association rule analysis and click stream analysis for the collected information andthen uses man-machine system to filter information. In order to apply the informationresources into competitive intelligence, this paper presents the method of the analysisof information resource and analyses the recruitment strategy of competitors and jobseekers.Competitive intelligence is used for commercial, military, the informationacquisition in competitive intelligence as the foundation, including informationcollection, information analysis, information filtering. According to the characteristicsof enterprise information demand and competition and job seekers, informationcollection determines the collection content. Analysis on the content of datawarehouse mainly rely on cluster analysis, association rule analysis, click streamanalysis, different contents pursue the different analysis methods. To get the clusteringinformation of competitors or job seekers, including recruitment, recruitment sites, jobintention, age and education distribution etc, the key of clustering analysis is classifiedaccording to the information characteristics. The key of association rules analysis is tofind the connection between information and information, identify frequent behaviorand association behavior of competitors and job seekers in the network, find out theassociation between the competitors, between the firm and its competitors, betweenthe different job seekers, between the enterprises and applicants, between thecompetitors and the job seeker. The key of the click stream analysis is the access path of the job seekers, including page access record, access time and so on, resource heatmap can show the page browsing of the job seeker though click steam. The core ofinformation filtering is a man-machine system, the combination of computer-assistedanalysis and artificial analysis is to screen information. The analysis method ofinformation resources mainly include the analysis of enterprise competition and jobseekers. Method for analysis of rivals including SWOT analysis and benchmarking.Method for analysis of job seekers includes comprehensive analysis and deductionanalysis. The competitive intelligence help the corporate decision-making withrecruitment managements, recruitment strategy, human resource planning, enterprisedevelopment strategy and human resource strategy.
