This paper drew the conclusion that the initial investmentratio is not too high and the insurance investment patterns should be diversified.At last, it proposed that our country’s insurance funds should go into infrastructureinvestment strategies in areas such as REITs, the pension entity and real estate.In general,entering the field of real estate space is very large for China’sinsurance funds.There are certain risks in real estate.so it is important to notice the investment risk control, selecting the appropriate investment patters or proportrans.At present, there is only direct mode to choose for insurance funds. Consideringthe requirement of insurance funds. As the insurance companies which is tryingestate market, we must actively explore a variety of innovate insurance funds.China’s insurance market will become more larger and more stronger.
