Oison`s collective action theory is that it is difficult to expand in the mass group cooperation, and cooperative R&D as an important mode of technological innovation, there are many kinds offactors which can lead to business opportunities. Therefore, this paper discusses mass cooperativeequilibrium in cooperative R&D network has an important significance to technological advance ofenterprises. The scholars all over the world have carried on the thorough research on the motivation, themode selection, the performance of cooperative R&D as well as the cooperative R&D network.Through to the collection and analysis of these theories, this paper argues that the income isdifferences between enterprises in the R&D network. In order to verify the theoretical speculation,we conducted an in-depth investigation. For business-related questionnaire, through the analysis ofthe questionnaire, found that the differences in income between enterprises are ubiquitous in thereality of collaborative R&D activities, and the difference will have some impact to cooperativeR&D.In order to investigate the difference of enterprises income influence on cooperative R&Dnetwork equilibrium, the paper firstly, from the perspective of theory, deduce the general rules ofbusiness activity in R&D network. And in the context of an industry cluster to build a mathematicalmodel similar to the theory and reality. Finally, select50individuals’ cooperative R&D network, and the connected relationship between individuals meet small-world network topology. Based on amathematical model designed in this paper, use the computer simulation methods to investigate theevolutionary relationships between cooperative frequency and the average of a gain factor, theevolutionary relationships between cooperative frequency and the amplitude of the distributionfunction. The results show that when the average gain factor cooperative R&D network revenuefunction is small enough or large enough income differences between enterprises do not have anyimpact on cooperative R&D network level. When the average gain factor of the revenue functionis small enough and big enough, the effect of income differences between enterprises cooperationon R&D network evolution, changing from a positive role to an negative inhibition. It can be seenthere is a critical point between the smallest and the biggest average of a gain factor. When theaverage of a gain factor in front of the critical point, income differences between enterprises willhave positive effects on promote cooperation; when the average of a gain factor at the critical pointaverages backend, income differences between enterprises will have negative effect suppressioncooperation.Through the analysis of this paper can be seen that the income difference between enterprisescertainly have influence on the cooperative evolution in R&D network. When R&D network under different conditions, exhibit different evolution law, and when the R&D network with specificconditions, large-scale networks of cooperation can be achieved.
