The Research Of Farmers’ Professional Cooperative Organization Evolution

The farmer specialized cooperative organization is made up of a certain number of farmers to participate in the voluntary organization, with a certain industry or product as a link, to achieve a purpose for the goals of the organization. It is the product that can realize the size of agricultural production and integration of production factors,at the same time,it is an effective organization form that canimprove the status of farmers in the market and enhance the competition ability. Because it plays an extremely important role in the development of agricultural production, it has got vigorous support and development of all countries. However, with the development and progress of society and economy, the agricultural product market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and the inherent problems in its development appear gradually because of the defects of a new external environment, internal constraints of he system, which the farmer professional cooperation organization faces.On the one hand, external professional farmer cooperative organizations is lack of an enabling institutional environment. On the other hand, internal operation mechanism of the farmer professional cooperation organization is not perfect. These two aspects cause some problems, for example, the cooperation stability of specialized cooperative organizations of farmers, the poor function of limited, the market competitiveness is not strong and so. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of farmer specialized cooperative organizations appear, it needs to carry on a thorough research on the farmer professional cooperation organization.In this paper, we use the qualitative and quantitative analysis、combination of theoretical research and empirical research, from the perspective of self-organization theory to analyze the evolution of the professional farmer cooperative organizations.The thesis summarizes the development status of Chinese farmer specialized cooperative organizations, and points out the deficiencies and problems existing in its developmentprocess, elaborates systemic characteristics and self-organization of specialized cooperative organizations of farmers, but also analyzes the system structure of farmer professional cooperation organization. Otherwise, we analyze the influence of external factors and the interaction mechanism between the various subsystems of specialized cooperative organizations of farmers, and use the self-organizing dynamic model to explain the collaboration, competition between the various subsystems in the evolution of the professional organization of farmers. Then, reveal the current status of specialized cooperative organizations of farmers and problems, through the establishment of Haken model and empirical analysis using statistical data. Finally, we make recommendations and measures in accordance with professional problems of farmer cooperatives.
