Since the world get into the era of experience economy, consumers are no longersatisfied with the product entity level of consumption. The demands of consumers arechanging constantly, consumers aren’t satisfied with the requirement for the quality andfunction of the consumer, they start focus on process and consumption experience.Atnow,the rise of experience consumption will naturally lead to the change of the supplymarket,and producers begain to product the consumer experience respectively. Tourism isthe industry which provide different experience.So,it will get a good development now. Asan important part of tourism, the antient heritage tourism is popular with tourists now.However, due to the lack of theory, practical difficulties of the ancient heritage tourism aretoo much, many tourists are discontent with the phenomenon. Therefore, it’s an importantproblem which to be solved.This paper is based on the experience of viewing angle by studying some theories onexperience, tourist experience, ancient heritage tourism and customer satisfaction. Thetourist’s satisfaction evaluation model is made on perception theory. Some assumption areput forward after constructing a model and this will get confirmed by using SPSS16.0statistical software.The results show that the hypothesis are true,it includes that: the basicinformation of tourist which related to tour affect experiential perception; Ancient heritagetourism experience consists of the environmental experience, active experience, serviceexperience,and experiential perception affect tourist satisfaction through value perception;experiential value has positive correlated relationship with tourist satisfaction; Theexperiential expection is negative to tourists satisfaction.Finally, we put forward strategywhich can improve the ancient heritage tourist’s satisfaction on the basis of empiricalresearch in this paper.It includes three advice. Firstly, ancient town tourism should chooseaccurate market. Secondly, the ancient heritage tourism experience should be improved.Atlast, The ancient heritage tourism external support system should be improved.
