A Study On International Supply Chain Financing Of Engineering Machinery Industry

With the accelerating process of globalization and the increasingly fierce marketcompetition, more and more China Engineering Machinery Enterprises begin theirinternational strategy of going abroad to seek a broader development space,through foreigndirect investment(FDI), cross-border merger and acquisitions(M&A) or otherways.However,the expanding scale of overseas mergers&acquisitions will lead to adepletion of cash flow in such a capital intensive industry,and be difficult to finance.In recent years,the supply chain finance business has been promoted deeply andcarried out extensively in several commercial banks and enterprises successfully.However,the supply chain finance business in the most commercial banks are only suitablefor the domestic trade，and the process of the finance in overseas is hysteretic. Facing thefinancial difficulties in the quickly trend and process of internationalization inEngineering machinery industry, the commercial banks should actively innovate ininternational trade supply chain financing,with the support of modern network informationtechnology,to integrate the enterprise logistics, value flow and information flow, build theinternational supply china finance system from the angle of globalization,so as topromote the globalization of the China engineering machinery industry.In this paper, China’s engineering machinery industry as the research object, on thebasis of summarizing the theory of supply chain financing in the domestic andinternational,analyze the situation of the finance supply chain in china and its applicationprospect in the international field, find some defects which is in the international financesupply chain of the engineering machinery in the meantime, and in the end it providesome strategies and suggestions to these problems which intend to improve internationalfinance supply chain of the engineering machinery.
