Nowadays, many innovative enterprises,which appears due to comply with thedomestic industrial upgrading needs, are faced with the difficulty of how to form a seriesof incentive mechanism for R&D personnel. The main problems are, R&D personnel workis hard to quantify which makes the incentive effect not obvious, the enterprise staff salarysystem lacks the strength of excitation, the R&D personnel are limited in innovation due tolacks of self-promotion.This article is based on actual case of A company. Through the questionnaire surveyand statistical analysis, the writer tried to seek a solution to the problem of R&D personnelincentive mechanism in innovative enterprise which takes A company as a tipicalrepresentative. By case survey of A company, the writer analyses the main reason of R&Dpersonnel incentive mechanism problems are, characteristics of the R&D work and theR&D personnel self-demand, the limited management level of A company. Through caseanalysis, and also combined with domestic and international relevant incentive theoryresearch and the status quo of management, the writer has a discussion on how to establishand perform the suitable management mechanism of R&D personnel from PerformanceAppraisal, Salary Incentive, Training and Promotion, Career Planning and CorporateCulture, etc. One hand is to satisfy R&D personnel’s demand by material incentive. On theother hand, the writer pays more attention to the R&D personnel’s deep-seated needs suchas occupation development, personal enhancement, relaxed working environment, etc.,which to mine the R&D personel’s potential in a long term. |
