The Research On The Integration Development Of State-owned Enterprise And Private Enterprise In The Era Of Large Enterprise

With the development of market economy, China has gradually entered the era oflarge enterprise, the objectives target require the state enterprises and privateenterprises to enhance the international competitiveness, realize the integrationdevelopment, and enhance the China’s international competitiveness. The3rdPlenarySession of18thCPC National Congress was more emphasis on “public ownership andnon-public ownership economies are important components of socialist marketeconomy”, in the period of state-owned and private enterprises integrationdevelopment is the optimization of social resource configuration requirements, andalso be the key to deepening the economic reform.Chapter2of this research describes the basis state enterprise and privateenterprise integration development relevant theories, mainly are socialist marketeconomic system relevant theories, property rights theories and enterprisedevelopment theories. Specifically, it has discussed about the contents andcharacteristics of socialist market economy system, theories of property right and thereform of China’s enterprise property rights system. In the enterprisedevelopment theories also contain the enterprise growth theories, the enterprisecompetitiveness theories. This chapter discusses focus base on the state-owned andprivate enterprise integration development, so it also introduces furthers abouttheories of state-owned enterprises development, private enterprises developmenttheories, in order to provide abundant theoretical basis for the state-owned and privateenterprises integration development.Chapter3discusses more details about current situation of internationalcompetitiveness of large enterprise era and the necessity of integration development. First, this chapter has defined the connotation of "the large enterpriseera ", from the meaning, characteristics and strategic significance deepening tounderstand "the large enterprise era". Then from the perspective of competitiveness,mentioned out the international competitiveness evaluation index of enterprise, andanalyzed the current situation of the international competitiveness development ofstate-owned enterprises, private enterprises and the large enterprise era of state-ownedand private enterprise integration development and the current situation ofinternational competitiveness, and has realized the necessity of large enterprises era ofstate-owned and private enterprises integration development.In chapter4, mainly discusses problems and constraints factors of the state-owned and private enterprises integration development and competitivenessenhancement. According to this chapter, in the processes of the state-owned enterpriseand private enterprises integration development and international competitivenessenhancement are lack of benign interaction mechanisms, in the definition of propertyrights, technology innovation, integration of internal resources, managementapproaches and institution construction etc,…are all existing problems obviously.Subsequently, from both external and internal aspects of this research has analyzedthe large enterprise era restriction factors of integration development of state-ownedand private enterprises, in order to realize China’s state-owned and private enterprisesintegration development deeply, widely are all insufficient obviously, and alsoexisting a large space for integration development.Chapter5introduced more details about the large enterprise era of state-ownedand private enterprises integration development of international competitiveness pathselection. At the present time should cultivate large enterprise groups, enhance theoverall international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises; cultivate the interactionmechanism of state-owned and private enterprises integration development, expandthe integration development approaches; for the enterprises, especially have to adjustthe internal resources in time, integrates enterprise’s tangible and intangible resources,enhances enterprise dynamic capabilities; and also needs to continue to strengtheninstitution construction of integration development, improve the efficiency of institutional arrangements; accelerate the pace of technology innovation, enhance thecore competitiveness of enterprises from the technical level, optimizes of theindustrial structure. Finally, the government itself should also promote externalenvironment improvement for the state-owned enterprise and private enterpriseintegration development in the construction of legal support, financingenvironment, supervision mechanism, to remove obstacles for the integrationdevelopment of state-owned and private enterprises.
