In this paper, by drawing on relevant domestic and international references research methods, using a combination of theoretical and practical method to analyze the energy consumption in the central region, the relationship between carbon dioxide emissions and economic growth in the central region between the three were on a theoretical basis and measurement methods research, this paper introduces the theory and3E system sustainability principles, and then analyzes the central region of energy consumption, carbon dioxide emissions and the status of economic growth, and finally through the collection of relevant information and data through a mathematical model to study three of the relationship between stationary test, including test three time series analysis of cointegration, impulse response, variance analysis and Granger causality. For the study of energy consumption and economic growth in the central region, not only effectively study the relationship between the central region of the short-term energy consumption and economic growth, but also through error correction model to study their long-term relationship.Tapio decoupling analysis while using the central region for carbon dioxide emissions and economic growth were studied. Finally VAR model constructed to study the short-and long-term relationships between the three, using the test methods to verify the relationship between the three. Through these theoretical and empirical research on real data, trying to get some solutions to the problem in the middle of the process of rapid economic development, the central region found that growth depends on energy consumption, energy consumption in the central region largely determines the direct economic growth, increasing total energy consumption can stimulate economic growth and economic growth in the central region type is energy dependent, both short-term fluctuations in the phenomenon, but in the long run, both the existence of a very stable equilibrium relationship; central region for coal dependence has not changed, serious economic structure tends to heavy industrialization and lack of exploration in the new field of energy, which seriously hamper future energy saving central region. And combining these conclusions made some constructive suggestions, such as need to change our concept of development, improve the environment we protect, cherish the sense of non-renewable resources, to achieve the central region of intensive growth, improve the quality of non-renewable resources and utilization, achieve low consumption, low pollution, high value-added economic development; increase hydropower infrastructure construction efforts and to develop nuclear power plants, efforts to change the structure of energy production and consumption. Establish a good mechanism for the development of new energy development, encourage the development and utilization of new energy innovation, and improve the level of use of non-renewable resources. This article is just to indicate energy consumption, CO2emissions and economic growth could lead to "3E" system simplification, for future researchers, you can try to build a more rational more complex "3E" system through the three time series; With social progress, the way to produce carbon dioxide will appear in different forms, so that means for measuring carbon emissions will also appear in different ways, and representatives of indicators measuring method in this paper is relatively simple and can be continued on the basis of wealth.
