In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese automobile industry,automobile manufacturers need to find professional third-party logistics serviceproviders to provide specialized logistics services so as to achieve the purpose ofexpanding the scale and focusing on the development of core competencies. Comparewith United States and Europe Logistics company, restricting of the growth ofthird-party logistics was the bottlenecks of Chinese company. Years past, the rise indomestic and international logistics service supply chain (LSSC) theory whichprovides a new idea to third-party logistics enterprise resource integration. Thefunctional logistics supplier mainly refers to suppliers who providing traditionalfunction,like transportation, warehousing and other logistics service, providers asingle and integrating social resources to expand logistics service network coverage,improving market competitiveness so as to prompting customers to have full range ofintegrated logistics services.This paper analyzes the current situation of third-party logistics, pointing out theneed for third-party logistics companies integrate social resources; Following,illustrating with the example of auto parts logistics operation, analyzing the defects ofthe traditional mode of operation of automotive logistics, bringing forward andanalyzing the mode of operation LSSC, Finally, proposing functional logisticsenterprises select models based on bi-level programming cars LSSC on the perspectiveof logistics integrators. Firstly, under the premise of combining with the operationalcharacteristics of the automotive industry, investigating the ability and characteristicsthe automotive logistics service providers should have with the summary of theliterature, Then by means of questionnaires and expert scoring, the job primaryindicators screening is to be carried out, and the job integrated service capacityevaluation index system construction accomplished. Calculating index systemstandards and index weights by the way of using AHP and Entropy System, countingthe integrated service capabilities the candidates possess combined with the specificdata Lastly, output relative optimum results with the behalf of integrated servicecapability index into the model that built from two considerations including lowest costand highest integrated services capabilities.In this paper, qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation method has beenused to building mathematical model and solving numerical example, the building ofmathematical model scientific is according with the scientific method. This paper givesome reference to a certain area such as functional suppliers selection, combine LSSCpatterns with specific automotive industry research, provide a shortcut to third-partyautomotive logistics enterprises to grow rapidly at low cost,.
