The Study Of Small And Medium Enterprises Employees’ Social Insurance In Gaoping

Socialist market economic system has found after twenty years, and small and medium enterprises in China have been development very well both in number and size. The small and medium enterprises distribute in every department so that they become the most important part of the national economy. They also play the important role in solving employment problem, increasing taxing, economic growth and so on. But the problem of small and medium enterprises employees’ social insurance still exists. This result is caused by a number of reasons, such as policies, enterprises and employees. However, full coverage of social insurance in China has great meanings, such as promote social equity creating harmonious society. Thus a significant problem has been proposed what we can do to improve the social insurance in small and medium enterprises.This thesis studies the problem of small and medium enterprises employees’ social insurance in Shan Xi, Gao Ping through theory of social insurance. Moreover through social surveys and interview the government officials and human resource managers in small and medium enterprises, the author gets a great number of figures to prove the facts. At last, the thesis makes recommendations on the problem and hope that the government, the enterprises and employees get together to change status quo.
