Development of high-tech enterprises plays a very key role for the development of the local economy. Shanxi "Twelfth Five Year Plan" made it clear that we should vigorously develop high-tech industries and upgrade industrial structure in Shanxi Province to realize the transformation of the mode of economic development in Shanxi province. However, with the development of knowledge economy and information economy, the traditional organization structure does not adapt to the fast changing business environment in present era. For high-tech enterprises, how to conduct effective innovation in organizations is one of the problems that would need an urgent solution.This thesis, with high-tech enterprises in Taiyuan as the research subjects, summarizes organization innovation theory and related research status at home and abroad through the literature analysis method and analyzes the current situation and problems of Taiyuan high-tech enterprise organization innovation. On this basis, a questionnaire survey of Taiyuan High-tech business executives and experts is conducted. Factors that affect organizational innovation showed by the analysis are organizational culture, organizational structure and market environment. Tissue culture of openness, group conflict and internal organization of innovation failure tolerance, Tissue tolerance of innovation failure and internal group conflicts, organizational mandates and incentives degree of organizational innovators are important aspects of organizational cultural factors, with organizational culture having the largest impact on organizational innovation. Among organization structure factors, flexible organic organizational structure and organizational information in vertical and horizontal communication skills is indispensable for organizational innovation. In the market environment factors, group leaders’ perception and judgment of the external environment are the most important. Finally, based on the key factors in refining, specific measures are put forward: first, cultivate the innovative culture; Second, build learning organization; Third, build flexible organic type organization structure; Fourth, set up huge data analysis platform; Fifth, establish virtualization enterprises.This thesis, with a systematic study on factors affecting the organizational innovation of high technology enterprises, expands the influence of framework of organization innovation factors and provides the ideas and methods of organizational innovation for the high-tech enterprises in Taiyuan, hope to have the certain reference value to the correlation enterprise.
