Since the reform and opening up, the Chinese government has always attachedgreat importance to the development of science and technology, technologicalinnovation is the main promotion of a country’s economic growth, and R&Dactivities is an important manifestation, it plays an increasing role in cultivating thecore competitiveness of enterprises and improving the country’s competitiveness. Asthe mainstay of technological innovation, enterprises are bound to organize theavailable R&D resources scientifically, in order to carry out technological innovationmore effectively, and thus, the research of corporate R&D organization modebecomes increasingly important.High-tech enterprises are business enterprises that mainly engage in productdevelopment, testing, production, marketing, and using of the high-tech fields. Inrecent years, the development of high-tech enterprises increasingly becomes thedriving force of economic development, showing a knowledge-intensive,technology-intensive, high capital investment and high risks. So we should seriouslystudy the characteristics and influencing factors of the high-tech R&D organizationmode.Combining with the R&D activities of the high-tech enterprises in YunnanProvince, this paper has discussed the organization modes of the activities and theirinfluencing factors. Firstly,this paper collects the literature related to the R&Dorganization modes all over the world,and summarizes them with the theory of theinfluencing factors. This paper has used a survey research method and the statisticalanalysis, designing and distribute questionnaires, applying Excel and SPSS statisticalsoftware to analyze the data recovered. For the external environment, industry factorsand enterprises factors, the statistical results make the decision that there are sixfactors which have a significant influence to the selection preference of the choicefrom enterprise to R&D: the difficulty degree of external financing, the intensedegree of market competition, the intensity of research and innovation activities, thespillover of R&D results, the enterprise-level of risk appetite, the tolerance of failure in R&D activiti-es. Finally, combining with the results of statistical regression, thispaper puts forward the targeted policy recommendations.
