Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of High-tech Industry Development In Shijiazhuang City

In recent years,the high-tech industry has developed into the core industry in the new era,a leader in scientific and economic development,and a powerful driving force for socioeconomic development.The high-tech industry is not only strongly infiltrated into people's daily production and life,but also is a key link to improve regional competitiveness in the future.Facing such a severe situation,as the capital city of Hebei Province,Shijiazhuang City,in order to gain the initiative in the future development,must vigorously promote the development of high-tech industry,strengthen the adjustment of industrial structure,enhance the overall strength,and improve regional industries,and realize the sound and rapid development of the city's economy.First,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on the development of high-tech industries and its influencing factors,clearly defines the meaning and characteristics of high-tech and its industries,and masters the relevant theoretical basis of industrial development and empirical analysis methods of influencing factors.Secondly,systematically analyze the current status of Shijiazhuang's high-tech industry development in four aspects,including overall scale,structural analysis and innovation analysis,and point out the existing problems.Thirdly,based on the research results of many scholars,multiple regression models were constructed by selecting relevant indicators,and the endogenous factors influencing the development of new and high technology industry in shijiazhuang city were empirically analyzed.Fourthly,a multiple regression model is constructed to empirically analyze the influencing factors of the development scale and structure of the high-tech industry in shijiazhuang city.The contribution model is adopted to empirically analyze the influencing factors of the development structure of the high-tech industry in shijiazhuang city.Finally,based on the existing problems and influencing factors in the development of high-tech industries in Shijiazhuang,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to accelerate the development of shijiazhuang's new and high technology industry.
