Organization values refers to basic beliefs that organize, judge things, guide the behavior and general viewpoints and selection guidelines. It is a kind of organization-centered value orientation, a kind of values accepted by the majority of people within an organization. Organization values is a basic code of conduct that the organization respect and embrace in the pursuit of business success. Its main role is to guide all members within the corporation to achieve a consensus. It has great significance on maintaining a well-organized operation, is lubricant and catalyst to maintain a well-organized operation state, also is the organizational development direction signpost and indirectly determines the fate of the organization. The development of organization values is a demand that help the existence of organization, the important content of organization and management.DF Institute is an integrated research unit of seismic data processing, geological interpretation, reservoir development, with eight secondary units, located in the headquarters and exploration area of home and abroad. In recent years, the Institute has increased efforts to introduce talents, current, the number of young scientists and technicians who born after1970of the Institute (blew for short70’s) are919, accounting for54.3%of total employees. High-degreed, active-minded young people have become the backbone of the Institute of technology as the most dynamic force in scientific research and production. Values are the cornerstone of any corporate culture, the core and the soul of the corporate culture. Successful corporation often owes to confirmation of organization values, belief and practice by the organization numbers. Therefore, the formation of common organization values plays a decisive role in running the sound development of corporations.This study selects826young scientists (aged below40) who are the talents of the Institute of China Petroleum DF on2010as the related survey sample of subjects, mainly tested organization values and professional conduct of the employees. It adopts The United States SPSS13.0software for statistical analysis, the main methods including correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis etc; AMOS7.0software of the U.S. to do structural equation model fitting. MBA management and HR management theories are used to analysis and verify experiment hypothesis:The explicit types of professional behavior of organization values, by assuming, demonstration, analyzing, verifying, discussion, reach the final innovative conclusions at last, and thus as the basis, proposes the construction of organization values in the DF Institute culture of construction and related work proposals of developing professional conduct.The demonstration analysis makes the main conclusions related with DF Institute of organization values and the conduct of staff:1.’Scientific truth values’with the staff to match the professional conduct refers to18items (policy awareness, dedication of work; the heart of allegiance, power-orientation, active-orientation, responsibility-orientation, self-confident capital, hope capital, intellectual potential; co-ordination skills, application skills, analysis skills, foreign language skills, innovation ability, professional depth; performance incentives, psychosomatic investment, fine wealth management).2.’Team-oriented values’ with the staff to match the professional conduct refers to17items (overall awareness, policy consciousness, dedication of work justice; the heart of allegiance, responsibility-orientation, self-confident capital, hope capital, intellectual potential, EQ potential; development height, innovation ability, application skills, analysis skills, coordination skills; psychosomatic investment, performance incentives, etc.).3.’Performance-oriented values’with the staff to match the professional conduct refers to15items(professional ideal, enterprising devotion; the heart of allegiance, hope capital, intellectual potential, EQ potential, creating potential, immerse potential; innovation ability, foresight capability, analysis skills, foreign language skills, coordination skills; psychosomatic investment, performance income).4.’Dedicated-oriented values’with the staff to match the professional conduct refers to14items (professional ideal, the overall-situation awareness, enterprising devotion; the heart of allegiance, self-confident capital, hope capital, intellectual potential, EQ potential, immerse potential; innovation ability, foresight capability, analysis skills; quality control, performance income, etc.).5.’Customer-oriented values’with the staff to match the professional conduct refers to20items (ideals and beliefs, policy consciousness, enterprising devotion; the heart of allegiance, the heart of perfection, responsibility-orientation, self-confident capital, hope capital, intellectual potential, EQ potential; professional height, innovation ability, application skills, analysis skills, foreign language skills, strain skills, organizational skills; quality control, performance incentives, performance income, etc.).6.’Innovation and development values’with the staff to match the professional conduct refers to23items (professional ideal, policy consciousness, enterprising devotion; the heart of allegiance, the heart of perfection, achievements and responsibility-orientation, self-confidence and toughness capital, wisdom EQ and immerse potential; depth of knowledge, the development height, innovation ability, insight capabilities, application skills, analytical skills, strain skills, organizational skills; psychosomatic investment, performance results, performance incentives, performance income).7.’Social responsibility values’with the staff to match the professional conduct refers to16items(professional ideal, enterprising devotion; the heart of perfection, altruistic heart, active-orientation, responsibility-orientation, hope capital, toughness capital, intellectual potential, immerse potential; innovation ability, application skills; psychosomatic investment, performance incentives, performance income, etc.).8. The organization values reflects the core characteristics of the staff professional behavior (such as the’spirit of inquiry, study skills, coordination skills’as the core characteristics of the ’scientific truth values’; and’strain skills, achievement-orientation, technical precision and the heart of perfection, enterprising dedication, operant skill’as the core characteristics of the’values of innovation and development.’9.The Institute staff has a high level of professional behavior in ’oriented-motivation, psychological capital, dedication performance, rewards performance, management skills, knowledge ability, mental potential, professional ability, etc’The overall level of staff professional conduct which contribute more(contribution rate more than30%) to organizational values are ’scientific truth-seeking, innovation and development, customer-oriented’ values; secondly (contribution rate between25%to29%) is’dedicated-oriented, performance-oriented, team-oriented and social responsibility’ values.These research results provide parameters and guidance for the DF Institute corporation culture construction in science and technology research.
