Starting in 2017,the 95 generation of 90s is coming into the workplace.This indicates that more than half of the 90s have joined the employment force.The new generation(post-80s and 90s)groups have become the main players in the workplace.Twenty-first Century is an era of rapid economic development,high tempo,international economic and cultural collision mode,the new generation of employees will become the backbone of the labor market in the next 10-15 years,will become an important resource for companies competing,the financial industry will also be mutual competition the most powerful secret weapon.In recent years,researches on the workplace values and management strategies of new generation employees have emerged.However,there are few researches on the career values and management strategies of the new generation employees in the field of state-owned banks.Therefore,based on the extensive literature research and design work values questionnaire,the main research tendency of NYDL bank in the new generation of employees,remuneration,interpersonal altruism,authority,and other independent changes in values,analyze and sum up the NYDL Bank of the new generation employees occupation values presented by the characteristics and 80 and 90 employees occupation values of the similarities and differences,and some meaningful comparison and exploration for the human resource management of the bank to provide the relevant management strategies to better manage the new generation of employees.This paper studied five parts management strategy of NYDL Bank of the new generation of employees,the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign experts and scholars,this paper summarizes the research contents and methods,the innovation of this paper and the problems to be further studied;the second part is an overview of the theory and the concept of the new generation of employees,occupation value theory and occupation values and management relationship theory to be discussed;the third part introduces the management status of NYDL bank,the new generation of employees;the fourth section in the survey based NYDL Bank of new generation employees occupation values,summarizes and analyzes the occupation value of NYDL new bank generation of employees view tendency;the fifth part combines the survey results,summarized and discussed the NYDL Bank of new generation staff management strategy;the sixth part combines the conclusion and prospect.
