Knowledge gradually plays a more and more important role in economic life, and the knowledge creation, utilization, value-added ability of knowledgeable staff have become the source of enterprise innovation ability and the core competitive power of enterprise key strength shaping. It is quite important for the Enterprise to use recruitment and selection, to keep enterprise knowledgeable staff suitable, and to give full play to their ability to create value. Domestic and international relevant research shows that the employee identity with enterprise values have a better performance and satisfaction. The introduce of talent with high person-organization value fit can improve the quality of recruitment.This paper aims to study the influence of person-organization values fit on the knowledge staff recruitment effectiveness in the selection theoretically and empirically. First of all, the research uses the questionnaire survey method on the basis of literature, forms the recruitment effectiveness index system from perspective of staff with job satisfaction, job involvement degree, turnover intention and job performance. Secondly, it collects data and carries on the statistical analysis with SPSS18.0from the research object--knowledge staff through the issuance of questionnaires. By that way, we can understand the person-organization values fit and recruitment effectiveness of research object in the selection time and the present time, discuss the effect of person-organization value fit on the recruitment effectiveness. The results of the study follow below:1. The knowledge staff recruitment effectiveness index system can be composed of job satisfaction, job involvement, job performance, turnover intention of four indicators.2. The knowledge type staff recruitment effectiveness of mean value is4.196, is at low level; the enterprise recruitment and selection, knowledge workers of the person-organization values fit the mean of1.079, a medium level. After organization and socialization, the candidate hired by the enterprise, whose person-organization values fit have no significant change compared to the one in selection time.3. The selection of staff-enterprise values fit in the overall and each dimension, and knowledge type staff recruitment has different degree of correlation between effectiveness and each index; each dimension of organizational values have prediction effect in different degree of the knowledge staff recruitment and the effective index.4. Gender, position, education, the nature of the values fit each dimension and the effectiveness of each index were not significant difference, at the age of innovation and development orientation of Person-Organization Value fit the existence of significant differences, at the age of knowledge-based staff job satisfaction, turnover intention, two indicators are of significant difference.Finally, according to the empirical study conclusion, this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the person-organization values fit to improve the effectiveness of the recruitment.
