Research On The Control Of Risk Base On Fresh Argicultural Production Enterprise Supply Chain Finance

The fresh agricultural products production enterprises in our country are mostly with a smaller scale, insufficient fixed assets mortgage and big management risk. It is difficult to obtain financing from outside for them. Financing difficulties has become the main problems in the development of the small and medium-sized fresh agricultural products production enterprises. Supply chain financing as a new financing way, the bank will no longer limit to a single enterprise’credit and finance date, but to examine the credit of the entire supply chain focus on core enterprise as the loan’standard, and it revitalize the enterprise inventory and accounts receivable by the pledge of chattel, warehouse receipt pledge, transfer accounts receivable, it provides new ways for the fresh agricultural products production enterprise’financing in our country, however, there is a huge risk in enterprise supply chain financing, this is not only because of fresh agricultural product production cycle, the price fluctuations, natural disasters, macro policies, also with patterns of fresh agricultural products supply chain management,the way of credit, and informatization. Therefore, how to maintain the risk in the appropriate level has become an important research subject.In this paper, firstly,we elaborate the supply chain financing theory and the theory of risk management,analysis the characteristics and difficulties of fresh agricultural products production enterprise financing deeply; Secondly, it expounds the main mode of fresh agricultural products production enterprise supply chain financing, with characteristics of each kind of financing model and risk are analyzed.Then, it construct the risk evaluation index system of fresh agricultural products production enterprise supply chain financing,based on the existence of fresh agricultural products production enterprise supply chain financing risk, and evaluated the risk with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, from the macro level, the respect such as Banks, businesses put forward the control countermeasure and the suggestion of fresh agricultural products supply chain financing risk.
