Labor relations in enterprises has become one of most important socio-economic relations in China’s economic transition period, and aroused great attention and widespread concern, also harmonious labor relations in enterprises is related to the construction of China’s market economy and the harmonious society. Establishing harmonious labor relations have a vital positive effect on the efficiency of resource allocation within the enterprise and improving of enterprise competitiveness.In this paper, taking the economic globalization and China’s socialist economic system as the background, it started from the basic theory of labor relations, also discussed the meaning of labor relations and its influence factors, and then analyzed the current situation of XX company labor relations, inside problems in this relations, its causes and effects, in the end put forward the safeguard measures about optimum proposal of XX company labor relations and its management. The specific contents of this paper are as follows:1. Introduction. Through elaborating increasingly superficial and normalization of labor relations in China’s transition period, discussed the importance and complexity of enterprise labor relations in today’s society, and put forward research background and significance, then made the content and methods of research clear.2. Rationale for the study of labor relations. Mainly elaborated the meaning, nature and basic types of labor relations, and then discussed the factors that affect labor relations.3. Analysis of XX company labor relations. Based on the in-depth research about this company, this paper firstly expounded the main features of this company’s current labor relations. Secondly, based on research and survey results, it analyzed the status of XX company labor relations, and then explored the major issues and its reasons of the labor relations.4. XX company labor relations management optimization. Proposed the guiding ideology and basic principles of the design of XX company labor relations management optimization, and considered the design of XX company labor relations management optimization from the labor relations management matrix.5. Safeguard measures for XX company labor relations management implementation. Companies should be prepared to promote enterprise labor protection and develop reasonable and lawful rules and regulations, also should respond and prevent employee turnover, etc. Government should improve labor regulations and effectively promote the establishment and implementation of collective negotiation and contract system, and strengthen social security services, etc.
