Since China’s reform and opening-up, system based on labor relations in the planned economy period to be subversive, dominated by the state, monopoly, single labour "market" has ceased to exist, the state employment situation has become history, market reform makes the foreign investment is the private economy, gained official recognition, property rights become diversified, the coexistence of multiple labor relations phenomenon. Because of the lack of capital, labor supply is greater than demand, in the process of transformation of labour relations in the right pattern, and on both sides of the more obvious present features of "strong capital and weak laborer", labor conflicts gradually tend to manifest and intense, manifested in the increase in the number of labor disputes, labor disputes involving the increasing number, both sides against degree increased.Eighteen conference report points out that the development of the national economy to achieve "good and fast", Sichuan in the national policy to support the establishment of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone and the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period of strategic opportunity to achieve "sound and fast economic development area", improve the comprehensive strength of our province, it needs our rapid development through a series of policy measures to promote innovation, reform, how to ensure the development of a "good" in the process of rapid development, we must consider the stability of labor relations in the process of rapid development. At present, our province is in the rapid economic transformation period, this period is also a labor relationship between the multiple and various kinds of interests adjustment period, the labor relations are becoming increasingly complicated, the labor dispute becomes more and more prominent, the labor dispute has become one of the most prominent social problems in our province.At present, the labor relations in our province is steady as a whole, the national labor law system in Sichuan province gradually perfect, matching the local laws and regulations are also gradually improve, basically do the interrelated problems of local laws and regulations and the relevant state laws, support each other’s labor law system has been initially formed, providing a solid legal protection for the legal process of advancing the field of labor relations, the scope of protection of the rights and interests of workers continue to expand. But the current labor relations of Sichuan Province still has a series of characteristics of the stage, from the economic, political, international and domestic factors, triggered by the labor remuneration, social insurance and welfare benefits, labor disputes still exist, become influence the harmonious society unstable factors, have a negative impact on economic growth and social stability. Labor dispute is the result of the contradiction between the subjects of labor relations, labor relations with both economic and social attributes, so the labor dispute is not only the economic interests, but also related to social stability and harmony. To construct the harmonious labor relation is one of the important content of constructing the harmonious society, reduce labor disputes is the harmonious labor relations in the first task, so under the new situation of labor dispute has become a challenging new topic, its research has the certain practical value. Because the number of labor disputes is a comprehensive index to measure the status of labor relations, so the influence factors of labor disputes have become the focus of concern of this paper.This paper aims to analysis and study of Sichuan Province labor dispute situation, deep influencing factors of deep mining of labor disputes, and the establishment of harmonious labor relations angle, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to Sichuan Province, is expected to reduce the number of labor dispute cases increased labor dispute processing efficiency and provide guidance, so as to promote the relationship harmonious labor Sichuan Province health and sustainable development, and then make a contribution for the realization of the goal of socialist harmonious society. The text is divided into six parts.The first part.To clarify the development of labor relations of the labor dispute, aims to introduce the research background, combined with the current development situation of Sichuan province economy, illustrate the research significance of this study, according to the research need, this paper adopts literature review method, both quantitative and qualitative method and empirical analysis method research.The second part. This paper reviews the literature related to labor disputes, including labor relations review and labor disputes on two parts, first the basic concept of the labor relations and labor dispute to comb the basic concept, clearly define the research. Secondly, were reviewed and the system of the related research of labor dispute; finally, the research purpose and research needs of existing research literature summary review.The third chapter is to analysis of the third chapter of Sichuan Province labor dispute. This paper collects the Sichuan Province in2000-2010years11years about the labor dispute of the relevant data, through the data of the system and analyzes the current situation of labor disputes in Sichuan Province, Sichuan Province, the present situation of labor dispute is the quantity of labor dispute cases increased year by year, our province labor relations remain tense, contradictions are still prominent, provides the the realistic basis for the analysis of influence factors on labor disputes in our province labor dispute situation.The fourth chapter is about the labor dispute influence factors. Factor analysis method through quantitative and qualitative to quantitative analysis of labor disputes, including five factors of economic transition, economic development, the degree of trade unions, labor remuneration and the labor education level, each factor of this part and labor dispute establishes a linear regression model, using statistical analysis software SPSS17.0the econometric analysis. The qualitative part of the study, improve the labor relation of China’s legal construction and Sichuan Province supporting local regulations to illustrate the influence of the legal construction of labor relations of labor dispute.The fifth chapter, countermeasures and suggestions. With the deepening of economic restructuring and economic development, the number of cases of labor disputes will inevitably continue to increase. In practice, there exist some problems in labor dispute, labor dispute to correctly guide the above both sides of the third party, so it needs the government and the government to guide enterprises to establish a long-term mechanism to prevent labor disputes.The sixth chapter is about the innovation, deficiency and prospect. The innovation of this paper lies in the case study, factor of current labor disputes in China under the influence, to explore the factors that affect the study of labor dispute, scattered in the study of labor dispute, in order to form a system of ideas. The shortcomings of this study lies in:first, this paper exploratory lists some important factors which may influence the labor relations, and did not explain the mechanism of action of these factors theoretically, only more research to further more comprehensive understanding of the influence mechanism of labor disputes, and to build a more harmonious direction labor relations; second, the annual statistics of the different, data collection is limited, resulting in the quantitative analysis of the sample size is not large enough, the results have a certain influence on the statistical analysis, which is the greatest deficiency. Prospect:the next step in research on labor dispute three aspects. First, the relationship between systemic effects of labor dispute among factors, establishes the theoretical model of systematic, current literature factors of a relatively small impact on domestic labor dispute, no system theory, to be in this respect has a more in-depth and systematic research. Second, relationship, effects on the labor dispute of labor employment forms such as:found in practice, in recent years due to the impact of the economic situation, enterprises have the pressure to reduce costs, therefore, enterprises began to use the labor amount of dispatching contract, hire employees, the number of cases of labor disputes caused by the rapid rise in the future, we can send effect exists between the form of employment and the labor dispute cases from the exploration of labor relations.
