Research On Trade Structure Optimization Of Beijing Under The Low-Carbon Economy

Under the background of global low-carbon economy, green trade barrier has gradually increased. Beijing city is the Chinese representative city because the leading level in the development of economy and trade scale, so it is of great significance to optimize trade structure of Beijing city. This paper is based on the mechanism of how trade influences carbon emission and economic development, use the input output table of the Beijing, deduce and correct the trade structure evaluation index both form low carbon development perspective and economic development perspective, and then compute both of them with present situation. With the assumption of a certain proportion of trade structure adjustment in Beijing City, analysis of the impact of reasonable index and the carbon emission from trade, then obtain a comprehensive strategy of trade structure adjustment under low carbon economy.To analysis trade effects of carbon emissions, this paper analyzes from three aspects:scale effect, structure effect and technology effect. Mechanism of the effect of trade on economic development, this paper puts forward the classical trade theory point of view:capital accumulation brought about by the trade and resource allocation effect, technology spillover effect stressed by the new trade theory, trade structure influence industrial structure and then influences economic development. Based on the theoretical analysis, we got formula deduction and calculation.Firstly, according to the Beijing municipal input output table, add the processing trade and import, output variables, assume do not distinguish between imports and intermediate used parts, and deduct carbon emissions increased by output and export, as well as carbon emissions decreased by input and import. Analysis of the current situation from the perspective of low carbon trade, derive that the carbon emissions in Beijing City increase overall, and has gradually increasing in recent years; at the same time, manufacture carbon emissions evoked larger than carbon emissions induced by exports, input products reduce carbon emissions more than import products.Secondly, based on the weighted average method, this paper improves the calculation formula of the traditional influence coefficient and the sensitivity coefficient, which considers the ranking comparison into the formula. According to the2002,2005,2010years’input output data in Beijing City, obtain the result that in recent years every reasonable degree index showed a downward trend, which means that Beijing trade structure needs to be further optimized in the perspective of economic development.Finally, consider two measure angles, assume that the export or output increase10%and imports or input reduce10%, and compare the variation of carbon emissions and reasonable index change. Regard certain trade reasonable index increase needs to less carbon emissions as the principle, to get the optimal policy direction to adjust the trade structure in Beijing.
