This paper studied a mining machinery production enterprise manufacture, analyzed low-carbon production status of the mining machinery enterprises, and pointed out the main problems existing low-carbon production. I made use of the theory of value engineering and its carbon value engineering expand formulas to explore mining machinery products’emerging low-carbon production technology, which provides an effective and feasible way for the mining machinery enterprises to enhance low-carbon value, thereby increase the economic efficiency of enterprises and social benefits.Firstly, in the aspect of mining machinery enterprises low carbon product design, the paper used cost proportion method, ABC class analysis, carbon emissions and costs gravity double comprehensive comparison of three methods’results, I select W electric excavator product as a research object, after finishing the function definition and determining the function coefficients and coefficients of carbon emissions, ultimately I got the carbon value coefficient, and contrast with the traditional values coefficient, after the comprehensive analysis, I proposed three improvement schemes to enhance the low-carbon value:studying half semi-tethered half gear pushing structural dynamic systems, switching over to AC variable frequency drive unit and using steel Q345series.Secondly, in the aspect of mining machinery enterprise low-carbon production process, this paper take7factory workshop production’s five processes as a typical study, for it’s large amount of carbon emissions and master research data, also take the functional analysis and carbon emissions analysis, got the carbon value coefficient and compared to the traditional value, found the functions which need to improve, then proposed three recommendations:accelerating equipment maintenance and product replacement rate, and enhancing the process of cutting material utilization, choosing the consumption less energy and materials technology.Three, in the aspect of mining machinery enterprises low-carbon production management system, this paper selected low-carbon production management system and methods which is few considered as the study, after functional analysis and the corresponding carbon emissions analysis, I got the personnel low-carbon management value, which compared to the traditional value, I found the functions which need to upgrade, and in order to ensure that it could distinguish production personnel and production management personnel’s different values, both the low-carbon value and traditional values, the paper pulled in risk factors and psychological stress responsibility correction coefficients to finalize two categories, finally found the system functions which need to improve, then I proposed three different proposals: increase staff’s awareness of low-carbon production management, improve flexibility of carbon management systems for different degree in the implementation, establish a low-carbon production and management personnel-related incentive system.At last, after the research, I found that the engineering value theory and it’s expansion of low-carbon value engineering formulas can be applied not only to the traditional areas such as mechanical products, but also could be used in the system analysis. Improvement program and recommendations made for different subjects are effectively increase the value of the study, there are actual practical effect improvements, which enhance mining machinery enterprises’ benefits and social benefits, also provide a reference example of effective management in industry.
