Because of the need of city development, Wuhan City, began to explore the implementation of the land reserve system in about2000, has been in the land reserve practice for10years, which also walked many detours, but has made no achievements. Because of Wuhan City area, city area in13, officially land reserve system implemented in Wuhan City, to ensure that the Wuhan city construction land allocation, optimal allocation of resources. With the development of national economy and city construction, Wuhan city also in deepening the reform of land use system, to further build and carry out active exploration and useful attempt to perfect the land reserve system, according to the practical development needs new ideas put forward, creating a new path of development.Wuhan city land reserve system is implemented, ushered in a wave of housing prices and land prices rising trend, although the rise in house prices and land prices rise can not be fully representative of land and real estate market prosperity, may also have a bubble, but also can see the role of land reserves on China’s macro economy market.
