On The Development And Solutions Of Cross-border Electric Business Of Aquatic Products In Fuzhou Economic And Technological Development Zone In The Context Of Free Trade Zone

With the establishment of the Free Trade Zone in recent years,the cross-border electronic-business(hereinafter called e-business)enterprises in Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone continue to grow and an increasingly number of industries have opened up the international market through cross-border e-business platforms.Fujian is a major province of aquatic products.The paper discusses how to make use of the advantages of cross-border e-business platform,expand the share of export trade,and to provide experiences for other agricultural products.The paper,from the perspectives of enterprises,through questionnaire survey and interview,and by taking Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example,combined with the current bottlenecks encountered in the development of cross-border electricity supplier of aquatic products as a starting point,based on the questionnaire survey results,the current situation of developing cross-border electricity suppliers for aquatic products in Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone is analyzed and the existing problems are discussed.Currently,cross-border e-commerce of aquatic products mainly involves the following problems:the quality of aquatic products is far away from international standards;the cross-border e-commerce platform is weak;cold chain logistics facilities are poorly constructed;and there is a lack of professionals.Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of developing cross-border electricity suppliers for aquatic products in Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone,this paper discusses the strategies for development and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of cross-border electricity suppliers for aquatic products in the development zones.According to the survey and interviews,based on previous literature research and analysis,it is pointed out that it is necessary to further expand the development of cross-border electricity suppliers of aquatic products by making full use of the opportunities of vigorously developing cross-border electricity suppliers in FTAs and understanding and exerting the role of talent policies.The paper puts forward the solutions.Source prevention and control is necessary.It is important to enhance the quality of aquatic products by comparing with the international standards,promote the construction industry norms,establish professional platforms to enhance their integrated service capabilities,strengthen the construction of cold chain logistics infrastructure,promote the construction of industrial standardization,improve cold chain logistics informatization,strengthen the government-enterprise cooperation and university-enterprise cooperation,and cultivate comprehensive professional talents according to the actual needs of aquatic product enterprises.
