The Financial Performance Impact Of Risk Investment On The Companies

From the beginning of this century, venture capital continues to be developed in the world range. As an important means of absorption of funds, venture capital increasingly attracts the attention of academic and business field. According to China’s current economic and financial reform situation, there are still many issues that need attention in the development of venture capital.This paper studies the situation of the information technology industry on the growth enterprise market introducing the risk investment and studies the influence of introducing venture capital on financial performance of the information technology industry, reaching the following conclusions:the financial results of venture-backed information technology company has not always been significantly higher than the no venture-backed information technology company, prior to listing, the net profit growth of venture-backed information technology company is significantly higher than the growth performance of the no venture-backed information technology company, however, the change occurred after the listing of the company, the no venture-backed information technology company has a better financial performance after listing. In addition, with the risks involved in investing in information technology companies in the GEM increases, the financial results of the growth of the GEM information technology companies do not appear to improve. Instead, the presence of growth may restrict financial results.Based on these conclusions, we will also study the influence on the high tech company which has introduced the venture capital and further discuss the introduction of high-tech enterprises how to affect the domestic venture capital market in the market. This study has important significance for information technology industry and high tech company who introduce the venture capital, and also can have a positive effect for the progress of our domestic venture capital market.
