At present, with the improvement of people’s living standards and the improvement of spending power, peoples consumer demand on the sofa is more rational. From a simple focus o n the quality to pursuit the design of product, which also brought some momentum development sofa industry.With the National12th Five strategic planning emphasised on the urbanization, the sofa industry usher in a new development opportunity. In this paper, we use the new expansion of sofa enterprise JB Solar Limited as the research object, through the analysis of the company’s overall environment and their own situation, we can formulate the sustainable development strategies of the company.Based on the analysis of strategic theory and the theory method, this paper analyzes the external environment using PEST analysis model, analysis the general environment which the company’s facing today, including the political and legal environment, economic environment, social cultural and technological environment four areas. Based on the analysis of the macroeconomic environment, this paper analyzes the industry development environment, including the development situation of the industry, and the opportunities which industry faced and the development trends of the future. Finally, this paper use the Porter’s five forces model to analysis the industry’s competitive environment, including competitors, substitutes, bargaining power supply, buyers bargaining power and potential entrants five aspects. Through the analysis of the above three aspects, we have a detailed understanding about the company’s external environment.This paper also analysis the internal environment of the company. From the company’s organizational structure, human resources, financial capability, production capacity and marketing capacity five aspects. Through the analysis of those aspects, we can have a more clear understanding about own strength.Based on the above analysis, this paper use SWOT strategic to analysis the company’s internal situation, analysis the company’s internal strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, then combination the analysis strategic, use the QSPM quantitative evaluation method,finally derived WO strategy is the most appropriate solution for enterprise development.Finally, according to the WO strategies, the paper developed specific strategies implementation. From the company culture, competitive strategy implementation, human resource management and corporate brand building four aspects to implementation the strategy. Aimed at improving the company’s overall competitiveness and lay the foundation for the company’s further development.As the domestic sofa industry with high homogeneity, the results of this study can provide a reference value for the same industry development and promote the overall development of the industry.
