| At present, our country agricultural product processing industry is faced with the problem of the vicious competition and the shortage of knowledge innovation, can actively create the enterprise network of agricultural product processing industry cluster, can efficiently obtain the high quality technical knowledge from the external network and resources, is the key to the relevant enterprises to obtain competitive advantage. With the development of economic globalization, network, great changes have taken place in enterprise’s survival way, obtained the rapid development of the enterprise network, social network of the embedded for timely and accurate information for the enterprise provides a good channel, has become the enterprise knowledge resources and important organization form of technical information. Paper comprehensive use of industrial cluster, enterprise network, knowledge resources, such as economic geography theory and method, ZhongNing in Ningxia Gouqi processing industry as an example, the development of the whole industry environment, the cluster characteristics of netting, and makes a detailed investigation on the cluster enterprise knowledge resource acquisition, based on the structured interview and on-the-spot investigation to obtain the large amount of information and data, the introduction of social network analysis method, using ARCGIS, UCINET, SPSS, such as analysis tool, from the enterprise network structure and the relationship between two dimensions and cooperation network, counseling and emotional network three aspects discusses the agricultural product processing industry structure characteristics and the relationship between characteristics of cluster enterprise network, established a mechanism model of the influence of enterprise knowledge resource acquisition, through analyzing the characteristic of enterprise network and enterprise knowledge resources to obtain the relationship between influencing factors, to reveal the features in the network environment under the influence of enterprise network, the influence mechanism of enterprise knowledge resources acquisition. The main conclusions of paper is as follows:(1) The evolution stage of Zhongning Gouqi products processing industry can be divided into the cultivation period, growth period and formation period, development stage cluster in different shows different characteristics. It is the stochastic factor (including macro system, resources endowment, and regional culture ect.)That induced the rise of Zhongning Gouqi products processing industry. Emotion networks belong to decentralized network structure, The network connection is not tight, individual node only associate with one corporation in emotional aspect. Advice networks belong to the core-periphery structure, in the core-periphery structure, the core node tends to have more connection than the external peripheral nodes (tie the access to knowledge is abundant), but the peripheral nodes and the central node contact relatively scarce, Display a loose connection status. Cooperation networks belong to the whole network structure, the connection between nodes in a network relationship, and isolated node rarely appears, almost every node is embedded in the collaborative networks, which indicates cooperation connection is more than competition between corporations within the cluster; they share knowledge resources and relationship capital in the network, resulting the overall network more close.(3)Deep research on the internal industrial cluster founds that knowledge and technical information obtained by cluster corporations in the internal cluster is uneven, and the differences of the corporation network’s characteristics within the internal cluster is the main reason for deciding how much knowledge resources is obtained from the network. This paper describes the collaborate network characteristics with the social network analysis, cluster collaborative networks degree centrality, in-degree centrality, and out-degree centrality, betweens centrality, network relationship strength, and how the quality of network relationships affects corporations obtaining knowledge resources from network were separately discussed. The empirical results show that degree centrality, out-degree centrality, Network access to knowledge resources is significantly influenced by the strength and quality of the network, but the in-degree centrality have no significant impact on corporations’ obtainment of knowledge resources.(4)By exploring the cooperation network, consolation network and emotion network it can be concluded that mega-corporations which is in the core of corporation network, have more rights and power, consequently acquiring more knowledge nodes and resources, and being the goalkeeper of the clusters, play a key role in the agriculture industrial cluster,while medium and small corporations are pushed aside. Hence, knowledge resources are merely delivered among minor corporations of the cluster, which have larger scale, better performance, more knowledge and higher competitiveness’s and its distribution is not homogeneous. Corporations of low scales, weaker performances, fewer knowledge and lower competitiveness’s acquire fewer knowledge resources. Besides, we find that intermediaries or servicers in the cluster also play a crucial role in the knowledge flowing by inducing and encouraging corporations to learn from each other and enhance their trust between them.(5) As for meddler production cluster network company, cooperation of the relationship between the important level of connection of the network, consolation network and emotion network and corporations’ acquisition of knowledge. And the connection between the important cooperation network, counseling and emotional network, focus on informal networks of trust, as well as the acquisition of knowledge. In the network of higher level, corporations are more open to exchange knowledge with others and more able to withstand opportunism risk and the level of mental agreement is higher.(6)Agriculture product processing industry of corporation networks is the key of obtaining knowledge resources; the research of corporation networks’influence to obtain knowledge resources about industry cluster of corporation is significant to improve the knowledge flow and the competition ability of agriculture industry cluster of corporation. Through regression analysis, First of all, the central degree of corporation in cooperation network consultation network and emotion network has significant positive influence to obtain knowledge resources. This shows that corporation would like contact with other nodes and obtain abundant knowledge resources. Secondly, the extroverted centricity degree of corporation in consultation network has significant negative influence to obtain knowledge resources, the results show that too much technical consultation between corporations produce opportunistic behavior easily, then they would not like pay material and financial resource to explore new technology, So it is not benefit to improve the competition of corporation. |
