During the financial crisis and the "five-second" industrial transformation and upgrading, Wenzhou private enterprises how to pull through strategic design has become an urgent issue that need to be explored, its ability to successfully or not achieve the transformation and upgrading of the national economic restructuring of private enterprises have a demonstration effect. The low-voltage electrical companies to gain a foothold in the increasingly fierce market competition, and better compete in the market and gain a competitive advantage, it must be constantly concerned about competition in the market, understand the market trends competition, grasp the theory of enterprise development strategies, methods, and mode.This article describes the application of domestic and international business development and research status of strategic management theory; corporate strategic analysis of the model were introduced; then analyzed CQ company’s internal environment, including human resources, status and organizational structure, financial capacity, production management capabilities and corporate culture, and finally the use of IEF matrix on the company’s internal factors were evaluated. Next, relying on PEST analysis model, the macro environment facing low-voltage electrical industry, namely political, economic, social and technological environment are analyzed, and based on Porter’s five forces model, from existing competitors and potential competitors, alternative competing products, the buyer bargaining power and bargaining power purchaser of these five aspects of the company’s competitive environment faced by the analysis, and then use the EFE matrix CQ key factors in the external environment to evaluate the company. Then, IE matrix analysis and SWOT matrix for strategic development of the company to choose, and based on strategic theory suggests that the appropriate strategic initiatives. Finally, the implementation of the strategy to protect the company introduced.Through IE matrix analysis and SWOT analysis that CQ Company in the industry to rely on internal transition should take advantage of external opportunities for growth strategy, combined with the company’s actual CQ, can be differentiated strategy, multi-product strategy and internationalization strategy. It provides a theory reference for other low-voltage electrical industry in transition, enterprise strategic choice in this article.
