The Quality Control Management Research In The Oil Exploration Project Of Geological Research Center

The quality of the oil exploration project in GRI is mixed in recent years. There are large differences in the customer satisfaction. This is not only affect the effect of the oil field exploration and caused directly and indirectly economic losses in the oil field.Even affect the staff of GRI improve their professional level and the economic growth of GRI, and this led to competitiveness of our firm fallen in the oil exploration industry. For this reason, put forward a new idea to fit the QCM in oil exploration project of GRI is the most important problem now. And it is important to pay attention to QC to improve the project QM. As the chief engineer of the center, I proceed from the project QM, QCM and the value chain theory to raise the value chain QCM mode. This study is on the basis of the project QM,QC and the value chain general principle, take for the oil exploration project QM is not only relation with the project success or failure, but also affect the effective use of research funding and the output of economic benefit. We could build up a detail project QC idea base on this research and constructed the value chain control process of project QM in GRI. And train the QC talents in each link of the exploration project QCM in addition.There are many exploration project QCM method at home and abroad. This article take the linking theory with practice as the principal research method. Base on the project QM, project QCM and VC theory, the methods used in detail as follow:multi-literature method, Qualitative and quantitative analysis and case analysis method. This research analysis the current situation of oil exploration project QCM in GRI from the chief of the oil field exploration project point of view. And on the basis of the found mistakes, we propose the oil exploration value chain theory QCM mode on taking the linking theory with practice. The value chain theory QC mode is not only carry forward and improve the former QC system thinking which built on the technology series, map, talent team building, customer satisfaction aspect, but also propose the new idea which put in the cost QC at first. From the perspective of the exploration project value chain QCM, analysis the influence of the oil exploration project QCM inside and outside factors, and lay down the process of exploration QC in GRI basis on the value chain QC point. Compare to the conventional project QC method, this idea is more extensive and more thorough, the useful significance is greater than the last one.The purposes of this article is to improving the oil exploration project QCM level of GRI and the quality of oil exploration project as soon as possible. As the production project with scientific research nature, the ultimate goal of the oil exploration project is providing the best drilling target which should be under the premise of maximizing of the enterprise. As the chief of the center, I am the person in charge of the QC in the process of the project operation. I raise the idea that carry out QCM over all the process of QC. I build the business chain of QC and the monitor organization of cost control, and carry out the operational mechanism that under the head of the center leading and the chief engineer of the center in charge, the project director and the engineer implement, build and perfect the system of the project QCM. Pay attention to assess and distinguish at the QCM, mainly at process control. The ultimate purpose of the oil exploration project is to provide the best drilling target, improving the probability of success in the exploration. The precondition is the correctness explanation maps of seismic data, the correctness maps of reservoir prediction and the correctness maps of comprehensive analysis. There is a problem in the process of the maps QC that the people who are the chief engineer decide the quality of the final project. The solution is to separate the process of QC into three steps, yourself checking, next the project director checking and the chief engineer checking. In this way, we not only improve the map correctness, but also release the impress of the chief engineer. The value chain focuses on the cost control. The former oil exploration QC process led to cost a lot of money that we have to hire experts or organize study. In use this research, the cost of hiring experts or training can be decrease. In this way, the business cost can be decrease and the profit space can be increase.
