| The quality control of project management is a complicated and systemengineering which involves construction, design, procurement and instrument, with alot of variable factors and risks. It elaborates the content and methods of the qualitycontrolling and the whole process of the quality control on construction. In this paperthe construction project quality control procedures, control methods, process qualitycontrol, factors affecting of quality control and the construction quality controlmethods by PDCA cycle are discussed by doing a case study on the project ofNingGang RH vacuum refinery equipment about project quality managementsituation and the control method. Finally, it points out the problems during the processbeing under construction, and gives some suggestions to help the projects to beeffectively carried out with the quality control.The study revealed that scientific and rational project management organization isa prerequisite for smooth implementation of projects, and it plays a decisive role toachieve management objectives of project implementation as quality, schedule,effectiveness, etc. Accompanying scientific construction program, advancedconstruction technology and adequate material supply not only ensure theachievement of project schedule objectives but also contribute to improve quality andreduce construction costs. Though every construction project have its owncharacteristic,it is similar on management process and main management link. Solong as we regard construction project as a whole to manage systematically, we maymake the good management effect. |
