A Research On The Quality Control Of New Pipe Processing Line Project Of BG Company

As a large modern iron and steel enterprise,BG Company's scale has been expanding in recent years.It's strategic is workout by building new factories and buying other factories.To do a positive response to the conference about Xinjiang,BG Company is going to build a new pipe processing line in K city Xinjiang province.With building this new line,it will do well for the local economic development and oilfield equipment manufacturing structure adjustment and industrial upgrade.Because of the sharp increasing of the construction projects,project manager of BG Company meets a lot of practical problems while in the project processing.So the project manager needs to keep studying on the project management theory and trying to manage their project with the tools and theories of the project management.Meanwhile,as a modern practical project management technology,the project management idea has already infiltrated into the day-to-day management in companies.So it has special significance for enhance the management level of enterprises to do the system management with the project management theory.The purpose of building the new pipe processing line is to improve BG Company's product value-added services and to sever the oilfield better.First,it will be benefit for the optimization of products structure.Second,it will get a better economic efficiency by improving the value-added services and product attachment value.So the new pipe processing line is important for BG Company.This paper is based on the BG Company's business management and project management.In this paper,project quality management theory knowledge is discussed.Then,the processing and project content of the new pipe processing line will be introduced.The key technology and difficulty of the project will be discussed too.Quality planning,quality assurance and quality control in the new pipe processing line are discussed to form a system of quality management.The author will also point out the quality management processes and measures.After the researching on the quality management of the new pipe processing line of BG Company,the measure of the quality management will be concluded to ensure the quality control of the new pipe processing line.And the success of the project quality management experience will do well for the daily management and later construction project management.
